I have a friend in Lithuania whom I will be talking with tomorrow. I can see if he's willing to translate your pages. If you're in a hurry, he may not be able to do the work since he's a college student. If he's willing to try and you want him to, I will send you his email address. Just let me know.

Yes there is a website you can input in into but i could not do it personally.
