That's the best that I can do. I've never seen Spanish written this way before, but I can sound it out and make some sense out of it. My guess is that the author is from, perhaps, Argentina because of the use of "vos" instead of "tu" when referring to "you" on at least one ocassion. Or, not. Sometimes you get "vos" from other parts of the Spanish speaking world and the author uses "tu" a lot more than "vos".

I don´t know where you got it but it is terrible. All de Ls make it sound like a chinese trying to speak spanish. And the Ks all should be replaced by QU.
Also de miiiiiiis are just with one i = mi
kiielo = quiero
zonriza = sonrisa
muxo = mucho
It is endless, what a mess.

It's probably from Puerto Rico. Some of them switch the L's with R's. They pronounce Carne, Calne, and Puerto Rico, Puelto Lico. They're just writing how it sounds instead of how it's actually spelled.
