A great list online for the Joyo Kanji is Joyo 96. They can be found at:

Another good place to get a hard copy is www.jbox.com. Also, Kinokuniya Books can ship one to you in no time. I believe their site is www.kinokuniya.com. Just click on "English Books" and see ifyou can find something there. If not, they're always very helpful when you call them. I frequent the one in New York City, but they have stores worldwide.
