I have 2 boys ages 7 and 9, and just relocated to new state. Very friendly small town everyone knows everyone how do I say their Dad died 5 months ago without causing condolences to start again, I can't answer with "oh its ok" or "we are handling things fine" because really it's not and we are'nt but there is nothing anyone can do or say to help, hope this babble makes sense to someone?

Hi, my name is Larry. I live in a neighborhood with lots of hills, trees, and houses built closely together. Recently, one of my neighbors started having loud sex during the day.

The problem is, I can hear the general direction from where it's coming, but I can't see or tell from which exact house. Since I have two young boys that play in my yard, I want to end this problem as quickly as possible. How can I find out which house this is happening in and how do I make them stop?

I know it's proper etiquette to send a thank you note as a follow-up after a job interview and/or job offer from a company. Does the same rule apply if you were initially interviewed by a staffing agency?

A recruiter met with me to find out if I would be interested in a couple of prospective openings with other companies. Do I need to send her a thank you note for meeting with me? What is the norm for situations like this?

I'm getting married soon and I already have a house and everything that goes with it. I don't know what to tell people to give me when they ask. I think it's rude to just ask for money, but I REALLY don't need anything else for my house... Any advice?

I am a bit confused as to who should pay for your college class ring?I am graduating from my Master's degree next year and they are already taking orders for our class rings. I'm not sure if I am supposed to pay for my ring traditionally or if my parents are. I do feel a bit odd asking them if they are going to pay for it seeing as I am not a kid anymore. But I'm still a broke college student What do you think?

A relative of mine is riddled with guilt over an auto accident in which she hit someone who was pushing his stalled car along a dark road after midnight. The young man suffered a broken leg and has had to undergo two surgeries. She was momentarily blinded by the high beams of an oncoming vehicle at the time of the accident. She was in no other way impaired and she was not speeding. Fortunately she is fully insured and his medical bills will be paid for. She has asked me for advice on how to express her sincere sorrow and regret over what happened but I am at a loss. She has sent flowers to him in the hospital but she wants to do somethimg more meaningful. Any suggestions?

I was recently on holiday in London, and I noticed that no one (no one except Americans and us Canadians) talks on the tube. Even people who know each other don't seem to chat. Whyever not? Are my friends and I being rude by chatting each other up?

WTF!?!?!? Why is it people say "Oh, I just want to be treated normal." But then when someone honest does what they ask.. THEY YELL AT THEM!?!? AND SAY "I'm disabled, its not my fault!" WTF?? If you tell people to treat you normal and to act like nothings wrong, then DONT be shocked when they do! And how come, (Not trying to be rude, just honest), How come fat people dont have to buy another seat? If you take up two seats, PAY FOR THEM.. I was on the bus.. And a large woman almost SAT ON ME!!! So... My question is... Why do people say that.. when they dont mean it??

Can anyone please tell me why a pompus arrogant idiot like "Mr Ramsey" has his own show on TV and how do people actualy look up to him.
I have never been in a job or know of any work place that would put up with that sort of Thick arrogant beheavour.
