Well Jay it depends on where your looking. What circles do you run in? If it's Q/A there are all kinds of people in every walk of like. I'm sure if you seek them out you will find them.

Depends what you define as intelligent?
Do you mean Aliens from out of space?
Do mean animals that can think?
Any animal or plant could be considered a form of intelligent life. Most can adapt to extreme changes in their environment for survival. Many have reproduced & continued in their offspring for millions of years (survival of the fitest). It maybe possible that even a one cell micro-bacteria is more intelligent than humans. It is quite possible humans are far from any kind of intelligent life-form. Maybe humans will be considered prehistoric in the future by whatever life-form that may inhabit the earth millions of years from now. Maybe life-form from out of space may even be less intelligent than the human species now.

Well we will never know will we the government cover every thing up because some people will like go crazy knowing that there is other people out there.

If you`re talking about answers I know sometimes it doesn`t seem like there is. I have come across a few roses among the thorns and been pleasantly surprised.
