"Baby Oil" is a brand name (I think "Johnson & Johnson" had the first patent) for mineral oil and a bit of added fragrance.
But, this does not sound like a serious question. You probably already knew this. If you really want to know, next time, try to phrase your questions a bit differently. Cooking oils are irrelevant.

Mineral oil. Also know as processed petroleom. Funny how motor oil has a cancer warning on it, but people use baby oil.
