These people are not taking it easy on you mate! Yes; what you are doing is wrong; but you're obviously aware of that; otherwise you wouldn't even ask the question... unless it's a joke?
Any way; yeah; tell both and apologise; you're human; and you made an error in your life... it can be fixed... just be sure that it won't be easy; but own up to it! Good luck!

My suggestion is this:
1. Tell the girlfriend you're married.
2. Decide if you're going to stay with your wife or leave her. If you're going to stay, you have a lot to make up to her. If you're going to leave, then leave and expect to support your kids like you never have before.
3. Acknowledge that you're the biggest jerk on the face of the Earth and do something really nice for your wife, your girlfriend, and especially your kids.The time you spend with your girlfriend is time you should be spending with them.

Yes you should tell her because honesty is the best policy.
Imagine how you would feel if she was hiding something like that from you.... Would you want to know?
Even thought it will hurt you both it;'s best to get things out in the open now before it all gets out of hand....
I'm not sure if you are still happily married or separated but if you are still with your wife she deserved to know what going on too.

One thing that I can understand from your question is that you are not in love with your girl friend. It is most probably an infatuation that rose out of the monotony in your married life. Try to sort out the disharmony or boredom in your family life by having an open discussion with your wife and by all means tell your girlfriend. Let her walk off if she so desires. Lead a happy family life.

first of all, how old are you? ya she's gonna leave you but you shouldn't have had her in the first place. now no matter what happens somebody is gonna get hurt, weather it's you girlfriend or your wife and kids and if you are any kind of man you won't hurt your kids. Break it to your g/f and face the music.

HELLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You shouldn't even have a girlfriend! It isn't a compliment to her that you would go for her instead of your wife, it's a HUGE insult. She has EVERY right to know so that she can deal with you accordingly....which hopefully means LEAVING YOU! You should also be honest with your wife, and be prepared....she may also leave you. Serves you right.
