Or are they just rude thinking everyone should cover for them because they are too lazy to get up early enough to get everything done they need to do before work? I work with 2 people that are always 10 to 20 mins late to work everyday....Boy is it getting old!

During tennis practice this morning, a middle aged man with his son introduced himself. After practice, we chit chatted for a while and suddenly from nowhere this guy asked if I am from a particular caste. I said politely no but soo wanted to ask him what the f@#$ is the difference?
What's so big deal about caste and why are people in India still obsessed with this damn thing? It's everywhere- in some places it's subtle and in others it's rampant. It's like racism in other parts of the world like USA, UK, France and Germany. Indians make a big deal about racism and racist remarks while in foreign land but why whining about racism when we have this ominous cloud called caste right on our heads. First we should clean up our act and then shout at others.

It says that it's better for long trips, avoiding dirty public restrooms, long lines that make women miss shows, etc. It also has quotes from women (ages 20's and 30's) saying how dry they feel and quiet and the material is thin, no odor, no one knows, etc.

The author of the article quotes someone from Kimberly Clark (they make Depends) saying that about 5-10% of their customer service calls are from women like this. They have no incontinent problem at all.

Anyone heard of this? Any ladies using them? I'm now actually thinking about trying it.

Spell that badly. Get off it that is the same hateful person who is now gone from Blacks, whites, rednecks, Muslims etc. to picking on a group of very well educated people.

A gentleman in our condo association is... unsatisfied with the parking situation. In brief, he seems to believe that the parking rules are not restrictive enough (the association recently changed so that residents could call the towing company themselves -- they were having to reimburse too many wrongful towings) and that security is not sufficient (vandalism is low even for the area and there is no budget for a security system -- the earthquake insurance mentioned below was obtained free via very recourceful bargaining.)

The below attachment has been, ah, edited for content.

How in the world do I even begin to respond to this? Thank you for your help.

_____________

What the **** is wrong with this place? I can't park, even though I've
talked to Nate SEVERAL times about it. The "New" Towing Policy is a
joke,
NEVER enforced. I parked on the lawn, just to see... Great spot
though.
There are four to six cars every night without passes, some parked next
to
the dumpster.

This is what I mean:

*phone rings*
You: Hello? (Or some variant.)
Person: Hi, may I speak to *insert your name here*
You: Speaking.
Person: This is *insert name here* from the doctor's office.

And what do you say after that? Sometimes, I don't respond and they think I'm not there. Other times, I just say hello again, but then I feel really lame. So, um, what the heck are you supposed to say?!

Growing up, I had a mother and a grandmother that taught me things such as respect, etiquitte and being polite. Now that I'm in college, acting like a gentleman has crippled me more than helped me in the relationship game. I have had strong relationships in the past, but my luck in the past two years hasn't been all that stellar.

My fraternity brothers tell me just to not care and act out, but whenever I've tried it, I always get the feeling in my stomach that what I'm doing is wrong and will hurt me more than help. I'm a social guy, a little bit (but just enough) of a flirt, but I'm as far from a jerk as I can be. Is there anything anyone can fill me in on that would give the "nice guy" the edge, or simply telling me where I'm goofing up? Thanks in advance everybody!

I mean I'm the only woman, and I would never have chosen to be in this situation but I'm the only one left to take over the family business--I'm not clueless about the work, I've worked for my Dad my whole life,,,but in the office. Now I'm expected to go to lots of meetings that are 100% men-except me. Are they snickering behind my back?
