i think people should learn to say 'thank you' when they are complimented instead of looking it at as a negative whenever possible. I believe sexual harassment is a very serious issue but I believe that it is made into an issue more often than it needs to be. Isn't it nice to be told that you are beautiful instead of "hey baby- wanna su
Of course I guess it depends on who it is that asks the second question there whether it's bad either. :) Good luck

That attitude and the fact you even have to ask shows the alarming difficulty in being a single man in today's world. When a politeness and its meaning only depends on whether the woman recieving the compliment finds the giver attractive. Far too much power has been given to the feminist zealots, and has damaged reputable worthwhile women in return.

No, it's not. Your manners should have kicked in & replied "Thank you" or "Thanks!"

Sexual harrassment can be when someone asks you to work 2 hours more & hints that they want a date with you as payment. Or that if you go out with them, they won't report you to upper management or a supervisor for coming back late on your breaks. There are other forms & you'd do well to research them before you go making unfair accusations from a simple, innocent comment.

I agree with the second answer. It depends on the tone of voice. You could say "I want you, I need you. Oh baby, oh baby." And if you said it in that dull and dreary tone of voice, it's not sexual harassment.

No. I generally would think it as a compliment. I love being told that I look nice. Of course, it would have to do with thier body language and voice tone as well.

If they said, "you look hot" or "you look sexy." that would be sexual harrassment.

No, I think she is just giving you a compliment, unless she had a bad time in her voice. People still give compliments in 2006.

No. If you were dressed up, it was probably just a compliment. Only if he or she was oogling your body in a sexual way would I worry about it.
