trashy lace / plastic teddy over your shirt
boots and net stockings and depending on how hard core you are (if you care for people's remarks on the way)
either a skirt (black or red) or a pair of black pants
if you choose pants you can take the teddy off and on and wear your boot in on your way and out at the show
stick to black red and white
dont forget your pale make up black lipstick and of course rice
(i dont know where youre from but here we toss it around during the show)
i would go for the commute friendly goth rock look
have fun!

You should dress up in a long curly black wig, red lipstick, eye shadow, and a black lace teddy with stockings. Your girl should dress up like Susan Sarandon's character.

dress like one of the characters! i've been to rocky horror a few times, and EVERYONE dressed up it was awesome.
