this girl works with me and she's always kool with me. today all of a sudden she talks to our lead that she's uncomfortable cuz she things i follow her. Me her and out lead we sat down together and talked abt it and after sometime i was the one who said sorry to her and it wasn't even my mistake. She just made it a big deal. What else should i do to make her happy and bring her close to me now?

How close do you want to get? She's obviously not interested in anything other thatn casual friendliness. Give her some space.

if she is that way about it let her go
but if you still want to have her as a g/f take a few steps back and then make her jealous little by little by making sure she hears how great a friend you are,
talk to a good woman friend on the phone from work and sound considerate and awsome
then ask her help with helping a friend get over a break up
act real subtle about it and wait for her to see how great you are
(and meanwhile date others of course)

you should probably keep your distance. if she's uncomfortable because she thinks you follow her, the best thing to do then is convince her with actions (not words) that you're not following her.
ignore her a little, and you'll create a cloud of mystery around you!! ooh!
anyway, when you DO happen to see her, smile and all. be very casual and friendly.

well.. looks like she needs space... so give her space.. u don wanna appear like some kind of needy freak yeah.. so.. jus lay low.. smile and say hi if u bump into her.. but don do anything else.. and.. for all u know.. she might b the one coming up and talking to u! most women cant take not getting attention!

if u think she also feels something for u
try to avoid her (pretend) and engage with an other one
if u notice any jealousy, there u are done
and if u think she is really not happy wth u
u should show her she is not much important to u
dont avoid her just show her that u r not born to follow someone

Leave her alone or your actions could be considered stalking. You apologized, and it's up to her to accept it or not. You can't force someone to be happy, and forget about trying to "bring her close" to you. Let it go.

Sounds like she thinks you are stalking her. Are you? Maybe she doesn't want to be your friend. Why else would she have reported you? Leave her alone before she presses charges.
