She is 6 months old and currently I watch her 3 days a week along with my two children. I work part time outside the home (hubby is home with our two kids) then when I get home her parents (my sister and brother in law) bring her over at 1pm, my husband goes to work and I have her and my kids until 9pm when she is picked up. I feel I really have a full plate already and the two afternoons that I don't have my neice I use to grocery shop for my family and run errands, & pay bills/etc. If I had her 5 nights a week I think I would never get anything done, including my housework. The situation is that they've already told my mother that they changed their hours at work and are planning on bringing him to me 5 days a week. BUT they haven't told me or asked me yet! How can I say no without hard feelings between relatives? I love my sister and brother in law a lot but I can't do everything.

Just because they are behind a screen, some people actually think they have every right to be rude, disrespectful, vulgar, and obnoxious.

I mean, sometimes it works, but if you edit a question it's terribly absent... it only appears above certian boxes... perhaps it should appear at the bottom?

Has anyone ever dated below their social status? She wants me, but she is poor and average looking and smells like a french fry and has a PMS attitude most of the time, but she flirts with me and gave me her number. Should i hit that?

Ok last Thanksgiving My fiance and I went to his father's house. His father did get me a plate without me asking him to. Later on he told me to get the pie I had made out of the freezer. While I was getting it he said "Why dont you get me a piece". I had walked 3 feet into the living room when he rudely stated "Where's My pie?". I simply stated "I'm not a maid", and sat on the couch. So later on my fiance was saying how rude I was. Well I had not wanted to go over to their house anymore because of how he had treated me. Well a couple weeks ago my fiance was taking our daughter over to his dad's and I stated I wanted to come. Well all of a sudden the next day I wasnt aloud to come because his stepmother had said I disrespected her house. Now I dont want them to come to my daughter's birthday party in a couple weeks. I said that they had disrespected me also. Am I wrong for getting upset that he wants them to come and he is always saying that I was wrong?

I am the only female out of 35 employees. When other employees are discussing a client to the owner who is male, who got upset with them, if that client is female, the owners response is always "It's that time of the month" or "menopause". The first time I told him that was inappropriate and I would prefer he not make those comments in front of me. He just laughs it off. He said it again today, and when I tried to discuss it with him, his reply was "if the truth hurts" and walked out the door. He's constantly swearing, yelling, throwing a temper tantrums. I am beyond tired of it. He is also my brother-in law. Quiting is not an option at this point.

I do. I think its degrating, disrespectful and demoralizing. A friend's boyfriend uses that name constantly with his "boys" and her and I both think its repulsive. But then his white "boys" are supposed to know not to call him that! He claims that he's not racist, but if that's the case, why is it only white people that can't use that term? His hispanic friends say it as well with no reprocusion. What gives??
