because teenagers are going through changes including having to wear deodrant and shower more and maybe some of them dont realize it. They dont realize there clothes are going to stink more if they were sweating or tooling around outside.

Because they don't mind having dirty/stinky living quarters. Other things are more important than cleaning to them, and it just doesn't bother them all that much. Also, some are just too lazy to clean or don't know how, or don't have enought time.

Firstly, not all teenagers know that they've started to sweat and smell, and may be unaware of it. Secondly, there are other things more important to the life of many teenagers instead of cleanliness and hygeine - it could be music, games, whatever.

Did you know that until about 50 years ago, very few people would bathe every day?

its cause they dont take care of their selves belive me i have a teenage brother and sister and they smell like pigs!!!
