Should you take a person with gangrene to Taco Bell to renew their spirits?
Yeah, sounds like a winner to me.
While you're there you might as well pull the bag of maggots and put them in the gangrene to eat the dead flesh out. So what if the customers run out the doors barfing.
This is about your friend and an outing to cheer him up.
Some of them were probably going to barf it up in the ladies room anyway....you just helped them get it out without sticking a finger down their throats.

You can take them to Taco Bell after you take them to the ER to get treated. Better yet, drop them off at the ER and go get some Taco Bell to go, take it to them, and if their hands are gone because of the Gangrene, then you can feed it to them. It would much more appetizing to them than eating it themselves with Gangrene hands.
I know you didn't specify hands, but that was the first thing that came to my mind when you put Gangrene and Taco Bell in the same sentence.

Smiddy thinks Taco Johns is a more appropriate venue. Something about bells and gangrene gives Smiddy goosebumps.

I have to agree. It's a good thing to do ! I have heard that dog meat was a good cure for rotting flesh..and Oh the melted cheese.Yummy ...just like the pus that forms under the bandages.
