Do you asume that any gay person will jump on you, fancy you or try to get off with you? If yes then would you do it to any one? no,so why would a gay person ?

feel that they need to look masculine? Why do you always see one lesbian that looks like a bloke and the other is really feminine? Surely that defeats the whole object of being a lesbian?

Does anyone do the "look back" anymore- you know when you meet someone or pass them on the street, and you look back to see if they look back, if they are intrested. Is it outdated? What are your thoughts...

Gay nightclubs are GAY venues. I think too many straights are bringing down the overall tone and atmosphere of gay clubs. They go there, point at us and say "Oh, aren't the gay couples here so cute. Gee, you gay guys are such good dancers. You gay guys have the BEST party drugs. Wow! What a shame you're gay." (I don't even take drugs!!!)

It feels like "Oh, look at me, I'm so ***** tolerant. I have a gay friend, aren't I so post-modern". or "Oh, isn't it cool to be gay.? I wish I was gay..."

I feel like a sideshow act on my own territory when straight couples (especially straight girls) go to MY gay club......

Any thoughts???

i have a guy but now, cuz im bi-curious, im considering trying out with a gal, w/o telling him.
As i said im bi-curious, i dont know if i will cross over, i just think of this gal everyday want to be with her romantically, think about takin care of her being with her and kissing her and hugging her, but i dont know if i really am with her i wld think its gross (thereby ending my bi-curiosity).
i dont wan to tell anyone bcos ppl might think im a freak. yeah i sldnt care what others think of me but i stil cant bring myself to get past that yet, id rather live in secret so dont advise me to come out.
bottom line, i stil care about my guy, i dont want to make him sad cuz of my bi-curiosity (ie make him think it was his fault he dint treat me well enuff), but i really need to get rid of this bi-curiosity (if dat gal wants me too dat is) and find out once and for all if i am or i am not!!

help!

My whole family knows I'm gay, they say they love me anyway, but they never ask about my love life, which makes me think they are embarrassed about my homosexuality and don't truly accept me at all....

I have lunch with my sisters in the city once a month. My big sister asks about my twin sister's sex life, her married life, her romantic life with my brother-in-law - but both my sisters never ask about the gay men that I date, my sex life....

They are just silently polite to me when it comes to my private life. I want them to ask me about my sex life, I want them to pry, to casually enquire as to who I'm dating, but they don't, and it upsets me. Am I over-reacting??

Ok I heard you all, but I too have been molested and mistreated by men. Being a gay male it was quite a double wammy so to speak. Not only as a teenager did I deal with my molestation but also back then I was told I wasnt gay it was the molestation that did this to me. Wanting so badly to be straight I believed them and put myself through much more pain then was necessary.
However I did not nor do I generalize my feelings toward one complete gender do to the phediphiles that molested me.
I think more then not I identify as a straight female and how she would have felt being molested by a man since my naturaul identity is gay and that is how I was made.
So it is not with hate or anger I ask these questions it is with love and concern for all. So why is that torch of hate carried by so many lesbians, I say this do to all of your answers, many filled with hate and doubt at me for raising such a question.
Why so much hate?

spend so much time describing the various homosexual acts that they claim to abhor may actually suffer from a condition of compulsive obsession disorder?

I am just curious because I often wonder why people spend so much time worrying about what others are doing in the privacy of their bedrooms and why people spend so much time talking about something that doesn't affect them in any way yet still feel the need to discuss it in detail as if though some how their own life would cease to function properly without knowing what you do and why you do it.

What are your thoughts?

That our sexual orientation (LGBT) is a special gift from God, which God do not give to others???

and those homophobics are just jealous!!

If God hate us, God must have destroyed us.
I`ve ever prayed to God for asking a boyfriend, and the next day,
God answered me!!! I found a good man from internet, and we spend a very good time.

A leaky faucet, a barking dog—those are things you tolerate. Candace Gingrich. What do you think of this quote and what is your response to the question of "tolerance"?

Candace Gingrich (b. c. 1967), U.S. computer technician and gay/lesbian rights activist. As quoted in Newsweek magazine, p. 24 (March 13, 1995).
The half-sister of conservative Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich (b. 1943), she was responding to remarks he had made that she considered offensive to homosexuals and to his recommendation that homosexuality be “tolerated.”

In a recent post a gay women claimed being gay was her very essence. I think alot of gays would say the same. I don't think a lot of heteros would say their sexuality is their very essence.

Laying at on the line for your mercy. I'm a guy. I am totally 100% without a doubt attracted to hot women. I love boobs, down under, the smell of a woman, how they walk and talk and I love to have sex with them. I am emotionally attracted as well. The problem is is that I have NEVER been able to attract this kind of women. I guess I'm not that good looking or my personality is bad, or whatever. The women I can get bore me or they are basically not "doable". I wind up being alone. Ok it gets better. I have these gay fantasies that i think crept in over time and I have even tried gay sex and I can even say that I have enjoyed it sometimes. But its like, its just gross to me to kiss another man and be all intimate with them. I can't get a relationship with going with a guy or a girl. I'm confused, dismayed, and lonely and this has been going on for years and its cycle never seems to end. Help

Ok, I have thought about it for a while, and here is a plan I am going to send you Yahoo! to cut back on the gay bashing and to prevent harassment, feel free to constucted criticism, and sign if you agree to it:

When someone first signs up for a Yahoo! account, there should be a new question asked, sexual orientation. If you sign up straight, then you are resticted from the gay section. (I know it isn't fair, but it is the best way to prevent bashing.) All gays, lesbians, bisexuals, and transgenders will be allowed. After this goes into effect, all members who already have an account will be asked their orientation the next time they log in. If they sign up as straight, then they are restricted from the gay section.
To make sure that the basher are completely filtered out, Yahoo! should issue out a "Five-Stikes Your Out" system. This means that if you ask an question on the LGBT section an you get 5 thumbs down, then you are resticted from this section permanently.

Ok I am a 14 year old guy that I like. He is cute, funny, smart and we really connect. Well feels like sometimes, well actually alot of times he flirts with me and I do flirt back and it feels real. I wanted to make a move, so I asked my best friend to ask this guy if he had a problem with gay people, he said no but he just didn't talk to them. I thought he was gay, because he does act kind of feminine and people says he is, and me and him together feel, right. After that comment do you think maybe he is straight, or maybe he could just be hiding it. There is still part of me saying that maybe he is just trying to cover up, but i don't know. What do you think?

I've dating this guy for almost 8 months. The key word is "Dating". I like him but I still really want to go out there and explore my options. In a way, I don't want to stop seeing him, but I don't want to feel later on that I'm stuck with him. We have alot of fun together, I just want to have a little fun with other people. I'm young and in the prime of my life, and very attractive ( well I think I look good). The point is if I'm not in a committed relationship, should I be feeling like I have to treat this like a committed relationship?

At my high school, some of my freinds know I'm bi (I think I'm more on the gay side) But most of my friends that don't know are homophobic. Do I tell and ditch the homophobes? Or do I keep it a secret?

I'm just stumped. I don't drink -ok one or two on new years eve- so bars are out. I don't smoke and I am looking for a non-smoker and I live in a very small town. How do you find nice girls to date???

No, I don't want to hear about the dating sights. I belong to several and none allow communication without becoming a member. Yes, I'm cheap. But I don't feel like these sights that charge are doing me any real favors to expect big money for their services. Oh and if you haven't got it, I'm bi leaning toward Lesbian.
