I'm just stumped. I don't drink -ok one or two on new years eve- so bars are out. I don't smoke and I am looking for a non-smoker and I live in a very small town. How do you find nice girls to date???
No, I don't want to hear about the dating sights. I belong to several and none allow communication without becoming a member. Yes, I'm cheap. But I don't feel like these sights that charge are doing me any real favors to expect big money for their services. Oh and if you haven't got it, I'm bi leaning toward Lesbian.

My community has organizations geared toward glbt people. A lot of my friends tell me that networking is the best way to meet others here. However, they do express the same frustrations.

I met my partner on a dating site and we are doing GREAT! You have to be careful of these site, of course, but believe me, there is someone out there for everyone. We've been together for a while now and still going strong, we love each more everyday. If you aren't willing to go to bars, go on a site, maybe you can ask some friends if they can help. Try your local university, some have gay support groups and singles nights.

I had given up. I thought that I was doomed to be alone and that there was no one out there for me, but alas, an acquaintance of mine and of my g/f's fixed us up on a Blind Date! Who knew?
I say be who you are-and like will eventually attract like, meaning become the person you would want to be in a relationship with, then ask God and turn it over...as soon as I did that, she came into my life!

perhaps getting off your duff and joining a group that does things you enjoy.. If you dont drink and smoke, go find a fitiness group or hiking. Do some outdoor activity, Go meet friends first and then the rest will follow... Usally you can meet someone through friends... if ya know what I mean.

perhaps at mettings, events, and groups that are gay/lesbian friendly? The gym? the local coffee shop?
