cause im planning on quiting on my job as a restaurant worker. will i just say it or make a letter

Ive been with my man Darren for a calendar year now. We met at the highschool we both go to in junior year (we are now seniors). He was cute, charming, and masculine. Which is what I like since Im a feminine "prettyboy" whose attracted only to macho guys. Everything rolled from then. Darren is pretty my world and our relationship is to the point where we are committed fully to eachother. Both of us are "out", hes been out since grade school and I came out this year in like March thanks when he convinced me. Infact he was there when I told my mom I was gay since my mom already knew Darren but thought we were just friends since we were always together. We're close to eachother's moms and they accept our relationship. But the REST of my family, who know Im gay and know about Darren, havent met him. They will tomorrow when they come over for New Years. What if they disrespect him or say something I dont like? Thats family, but thats also my baby. Would I be disloyal for taking his side?

What a dad!
I took my dad to the mall the other day to buy some new shoes. We
decided to grab a bite at the food court. I noticed he was watching a

teenager sitting next to him. The teenager had spiked hair in all
different colors: green, red, orange, and blue. My dad kept staring
at him. The teenager would look and find him staring every time.

When the teenager had enough, he sarcastically asked, 'What's the
matter old man, never done anything wild in your life?'

Knowing my dad, I quickly swallowed my food so that I would not choke
on his response; knowing he would have a good one.

And in classic style he did not bat an eye in his response, 'Got
drunk once and had sex with a peacock. I was just wondering if you
were my son.

This is not intended to make anyone angry. Just trying to rationalize. The Bible clearly talks about abortion, homosexuality, etc....If the Christians voted by the Bible, the polls would have spoken clearly and loudly. But people voted for their needs and not Gods desires...>WHY? ( I am not talking about political party rather politics vs God's beliefs)

So, what are your personal thoughts on Wicca?

If you were once Wiccan, what made you change? If you currently are Wiccan, what made you come to Wicca? On the other side, if you are Wiccan, what do you think of the other paths, like the reconstructionist religions?
