If a christian married couple slip one time... and engage in mutual and consensual oral sex... do they need to report this to the elders and meet before a judicial committee?

I think every time someone mentions the name or promotes the Christian church, they should get celestial reimbursement.

How much does your lord owe you?

My old girlfriend leave, but she also leave her stuff, I try to give it back to her but she do not want it, so now it belongs to me. Some of the stuff she leave behind is very nice like manicure set or sexy underwears. My new girlfriend have a birthday coming up. Would it be fine to give her some sexy underwears that once belong to old girlfriend?

First I must say Im a christian, and I was just wondering whats everyones opinion about saving sex for marriage? Why do you think what you think. Im just wondering everybodys view of this. I mean what really is purity to you? I've heard so many people say that you should wait. I've even heard people say that you shouldnt kiss or hold hands.

I think that a person should wait til' marriage. That way you save yourself for you future mate. Im going to be honest and say I didnt wait. And now that I think about it, I wish that I had and regret it. But its something I've done and cant take back. Anyway, just wondering what peoples opinion on purity was!

I took everyone's suggestions for recipes for the leftover hambone and came up with my own.

15 bean package and soaked them overnight.
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 garlic bulb
leftover ham bone
Crockpotted it for 6 hours.

Added diced tomatoes and diced potatoes (from cans)
simmered on the stovetop for 2 more hours
Served with tortillas but wished I'd made cornbread.

Thanks to all. It turned out great, Had a couple friends over to watch the Patriots win their 16th in a row.

Her daughters go out on dates with different guys and I was just wondering if she respects her religion or if she is full of crap. What is you opinion please give a comment

...one had said in 1994 that “the generation that would not pass away before all these things occur" referred to by Jesus apparently refers to the peoples of earth who see the sign of Christ’s presence but fail to mend their ways."

Here is just a sampling of scripture to support the idea of two spiritual families:

Luke 16:8
8 And the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light.
(KJV)

Rom 9:8
8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
(KJV)

Gal 3:26
26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
(KJV)

I Jn 3:10
10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
(KJV)

Maybe we can call it "Non-Religion & Non-Spirituality." Or is there some value in dialog with those who are persuaded that God doesn't exist?

Scientific researchers who specialize in human sexuality have shown that homosexuality is linked to biology and genetics. If you want sources, I have plenty, in your question just ask me and I'll edit details and add them. How is this fair? Shouldn't mental retardation not be allowed as well?

Here's an article on parallel universes, it's from Yahoo news:

http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20071230/sc_afp/scienceastronomycosmologyfilmbooksentertainment

It talks about how scientists say that while there are differing theories on how it works, that the existence of parallel universes is a valid theory. I just KNEW it! Everytime I have that unexplicable craving for green salsa and chips, it's not me, it's my parallel person! lol

Seriously though, if this theory is ever (say 500,000 years from now) found to be absolutely true and we do discover there are people just like us living parallel lives to us, what do you think this does to our concepts of God?

Or, for Atheists, does this change your outlook on the possibility that death is but a doorway to a parallel universe?

=)

thanks

God drowned babies, pregnant women, the disabled and many blind humans with violent death. If humans must confess their sins then should a God confess his sins as well?

God the bible have committed many sins or evil acts before but somehow no one want to admit them as sins or evil acts because a God commits such acts are not evil but humans or angels committing the same deeds are evil.

Believers should be a little bit more honest here.

My boss told me she believes in guardian angels. If guardian angels actually existed and actually went around protecting people, then where are these angels when innocent people get hurt? So if this is part of "God's plan," then what would be the point/how could guardian angels exist?

Do you really think it is possible that the hell that hard core christians believe in really exists?

I am not trying to say they are right, but do you think a loving and accepting god could punish people over 70-80 years worth of sins for eternity?

I have trouble believing that actually.
