It seems odd that this questioner seems to have forgotten his own earlier questions on this matter.

As a religion, Jehovah's Witnesses are no longer entirely certain regarding how Jehovah God feels about various forms of sex within marriage. They have noted that there is strong support for the argument that oral and anal sex are "unclean", but the bible teaches that "uncleanness" must be "gross" and likely involve "greediness" to constitute the kind of "serious sin" which requires congregation action (JWs note The Watchtower of 7/15/2006, page 30).
The Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses does not interest itself in a married couple's specific sexual practices. When a married person performs oral or anal sex on his or her spouse, he or she does not commit "fornication" as the term is used by Jehovah's Witnesses.
(1 Corinthians 7:2-3) Because of prevalence of fornication, let each man have his own wife and each woman have her own husband. Let the husband render to his wife her due; but let the wife also do likewise to her husband.
A Christian who debases his or her spouse by insisting upon or forcing degrading sexual practices likely commits the kind of "uncleanness" which is a serious sin. A Christian who brazenly advocates any particular sexual practice (even for within marriage) likely commits "loose conduct", which can be a serious sin.
(Ephesians 4:18-19) Because of the insensibility of their hearts. Having come to be past all moral sense, they gave themselves over to loose conduct to work uncleanness of every sort with greediness.
Most true Christians (such as Jehovah's Witnesses) have the good sense and godly devotion to respect their spouses and keep their intimate details private, so it is almost unheard of for this matter to require the attention of any elder body among Jehovah's Witnesses.

Wow, DEBBIE 2. You really need to read up on the lastest watchtower, haven't you heard, oral sex is NO LONGER a divorcing offense. This goes totally against the bible. Jesus said there is only one grounds for divorce and THIS is not one of them. LOL.
In answer to your question. According to the organization, you should tell the elders.
However, I personally believe that certain things are between you and Jehovah, and this is one of them. After all, we all "will render an accounting" to GOD not the ELDERS. So, he is the one who judges whether our actions are right or wrong.
Especially when no CLEAR direction is given in the bible on the subject.

to engage in oral sex is unnatural. To "slip" once is understandable ...to engage in oral sex more than that is a "practice" of it.
You might want to come together with your mate and discuss this seriously as it is a divorcing issue.
If your mate forces you to engage in this activity , you can leave them and divorce.
If you practice this as a married couple it could lead to you being disaproved by God.

I don't know why Christians really need to talk to a committee. If they did something that they feel is wrong, then they need to confess their sins to God and leave it at that. They could ask for prayer.

Oh for the love of God - once you are married God does not care what you do with your marital sex life as long as it stays between you and your spouse and does no harm. I never seen anyone hurt by a tongue and some lips. Does this silliness mean you can't kiss either?

Have you researched all the litature available to you ?It may not be a reproving offence but is more than a conscience matter. but you should not share this with your fellow brothers and sisters so as not to stumble someone. We just had a talk concerning this and it's not approved as the Brother brought it out .Read AND read about this and pray for guidance .Then you will know if you need the brothers or not. May Jah forgive and grant you peace. Agape www.watchtower.org
