Petardo is a firecracker. But if you apply it to a person it could mean a lot of different things.
Petardo -- boring, stupid, loser
Petarda -- stupid, wannabe, tacky, loser...

Petardada -- Something that "petardos" do. It could be something tacky, stupid, boring, etc. all together.
Petardada applied to a party is party that sucks.
If petardada were a show it could be Jerry Springer's show or a tacky soap opera.
