Weird but my grandpa used to call my grandma that since she raised 5 boys and a girl while he was away in the military. She was his "warrior." So I think of her.

A warrior to me is a person willing to stand and sometimes fight for what they feel is right, but also knows when to hold their tongue. A warrior to me knows the best battle is the battle not fought, and though physical conflict is sometimes needed war is not glorious. A warrior knows his or her self and its limits.
I just realized I described the ideals of a martial artist, I guess this is what a warrior is to me.

To me, a warrior is a man or women who will give there life and everything in it to stand up and/or fight for whats they truly believe in. And even though there may be no glory in the "battle", it's there mission to win anyways.

My Karate School is called the Bushido Karate Schools.
Bushido is actually two words.
Bushi = Warrior
Do = Way
So my Karate school is the Warrior Way Karate School
The Warrior way is after the code of the Samaria.
This stands for:
Justice
Honor
Peace
My code is Justice, my life is Honor and my way is Peace.
It is having the ability to stand for what is right and defend it, but this must be done in an honorable way, to sink to the level of those in the wrong would be a dishonor.
The greatest honor is to be a peace keeper, if a fight could be won without a single strike or blow taken or thrown that is a skill most sought after that is the warrior way.
