I like all of the green vegies. Including okra if it's battered and
fried. I don't have a favorite, unless it would be a green bean
casserole. I do love that alot. But seems I only have it on
Thanksgiving anymore. I only like the frozen spinach with a
cream sauce that you buy that has it all together. Or canned
spinach. My mom only bought fresh vegies and I hated them.
It was a chore to get them all down. So I'd have to sit at the
table after everyone finished. Just to eat my dinner. I also
didn't like meat or squash and some other things. It took an
overnight at a girlfriends, to taste canned vegies for the
first time. And I loved the canned spinach and another canned vegie that her mom served. I even asked for seconds
on the spinach. Mom felt that all of the nutrients were cooked
out of anything canned. So it was mostly fresh all the way.
Well unless it was pork and beans. Which I would eat without
balking. But that isn't a vegitable of course. I was a pitiful
eater, when I was young. I've more than made up for that since. LOL. Oh, and I do love broccoli with butter today and
cauliflower and even brussel sprouts. They're all from the
same family, so maybe that's why.

I love pretty much all vegetables, except the really hot peppers. They don't like me very well.

I would eat non-stop salad the way I make it, with a little of everything in it.

My favorites include, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, zucchini, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, oh what can I say, just all good stuff!

I enjoy all vegetables. When I was a child, we had a garden and grew up actually liking vegetables. I never had sweet potatoes as a child but like them roasted or done on the BBQ. same for asparagus. My all time favourite is corn on the cob cooked in saran wrap in the microwave ,served with lots of butter.

Spinach ... only if I bring it in from my garden and eat it fresh. Broccoli is good with enough butter or cheese. My favorites are all from my garden.. radishes, fresh peas, carrots, potatoes and cukes. Wally, you are making this winter seem so long!

Yes, broccoli and spinach. Broccoli steamed three minutes, spinach blanched in boiling water, dashed in ice water and tossed together with cous-cous, lemmon juice and crumbled bacon. Carrots simmered in butter and grapefruit juice. Greens beans blanched and stir fried with onions and ginger.

I enjoy uncooked spinach and occasional blanched broccolit. If either is overcooked I can not even stand the smell.

I would say Roma tomatoes are my favorite with baked sweet potatoes second.
