Being Pagan to me is a way of Life.
Being the best?????? its a choice just like any other Faith ....
One faith isn't better than the other.
Where do you think the Christian faith got all of it holidays??
or Celebrations???........from the Pagans/Heathens.

As others have said - paganism is not a religion. There are many branches of paganism. Like there are many branches of rock n roll - metal, hard rock, garage, punk, etc.
Personally, I don't say heathenism is the best religion. I say that heathenism is the best religion for ME, my family and friends (they followed me after exploring it). My religion ISN'T for everyone.
For me, heathenism is right because of the freedom, the connection with the deities, striving towards the virtues is challenging: Freedom, Tolerance, Courage, Self Rule, Moderation, Steadfastness, Generosity, Truth, Hospitality, Justice, Family Responsibility/ Community, Honor, Industriousness, Strength, Troth/ Loyalty, Self Reliance, Wisdom.
It's a reconstruction religion which means things are being theorized and discovered every year - that's exciting.

Paganism is not a religion. Paganism is just a way to lump in all religions that are not in the mainstream. Pagans believe all kinds of different things, so there is no one path that is the 'best'.

Paganism is not a religion. There are literally thousands of faiths that fall under the term Pagan. You would need a much more specific question to get a good answer. However, generally its because it allows more balance in a persons life and does not condemn people to eternal fire for not believing as they do.

I can't tell you that it's the best religion. It is the best religion for me, but it might not be for others.
I like the close connection to deity, the absense of sin, the acceptance of the body and of pleasure, and the responsibility of adult management of one's impact on life. But others might find it different. We don't say we're the one true way.

Paganism is not the best religion. There is no best. Each and every religion is right so long as it works for at least one person, thus, all religions are right, thus all religions are equal.

I'm guessing that by now you've figured out that paganism isn't a religion but rather it's an umbrella term covering many different religions and belief systems.
The neo-pagan path that I follow is Celtic Reconstructionism. It's most rewarding for me because it helps me to connect with my deities better. That's the main purpose of any religion, isn't it?
I don't pretend to know what religion (or no religion) is best for anyone else. That's a personal decision that they'll have to make for themselves.
