THERE WILL BE PROPHETESS IN THE FUTURE:

Deborah in the OT
I don't recall the name, but there is at least one mentioned in the NT.
However, it is important to note that OT Prophet held a very different office from the person who has the gift of prophesy in the NT. There are no NT prophets in the office of Prophet, such as in the OT.

There's Deborah, in Judges, who was both a prophet and a judge. In the New Testament, by your definition Mary (THE Mary) might be considered one, although she didn't do much spreading of the word. But Mary Magdalene certainly proclaimed the news of the Resurrection!

There was Anna Luke 2:36 "And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser: she was of a great age, and had lived with an husband seven years from her virginity;"
Also note these verses from Acts 21
8And the next day we that were of Paul's company departed, and came unto Caesarea: and we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, which was one of the seven; and abode with him.
9And the same man had four daughters, virgins, which did prophesy.

If you were familiar with the "Chrismas Story", you would remember that the prophetess, Anna, in Luke 2:36-38, immediately recognized Jesus as Messiah! She "gave thanks to God and spoke about the child to all who were looking forward to the redemption of Jerusalem."

Deborah is the most famous. She is in the OT
Some would say Mary of Magdalene (spelling?) was one too, as well as Lydia mentioned in the book of Acts.

In the New Testament there were Anna, the four daughters of Philip, and apparently several others, as there were verses that directed women on how to behave when they prophesied.
