A woman takes her 16-year-old daughter to the doctor.
The doctor says, "Okay, Mrs. Jones, what’s the problem?"

The mother says, "It’s my daughter Darla, she keeps getting these cravings, she’s putting on weight and is sick most mornings."

The doctor gives Darla a good examination then turns to the mother and says, "Well,I don’t know how to tell you this but your Darla is pregnant - about 4 months would be my guess."

The mother says, "Pregnant?! She can’t be, she has never ever been left alone with a man! Have you Darla?"
Darla says, "No mother! I’ve never even kissed a man!"

The doctor walks over to the window and just stares out it.
About five minutes pass and finally the mother says, "Is there something wrong out there doctor?"

The doctor replies, "No, not really, it’s just that the last time anything like this happened, a star appeared in the east and three wise men came over the hill. I’ll be darned if I’m going to miss it this time!"

They’re both made in the USA, they both use established religious icons in their advertising (the crucifix for Scientology and the name ‘Jesus Christ’ for Mormons), they’re both rich organizations, they both exert control over their followers lives, they’ve both been on South Park, both they’re doctrines have just been made up with complete disregard to established scientific facts, both doctrines are highly irrational in nature, both actively attempt (and succeed) to spread their influence overseas and they both have prominent male central figures as founders – Ron Hubbard and Joseph Smith. Do you think Ron was impressed by what Joseph pulled off and thought that he could do that too?

Why do you have such a strong belief that there isn't a God or Gods?

What makes you so certain that there isn't anything out there.

Also, is this something that has always been the case for you, or did you decide this over the course of time.

I'm not saying you are wrong, not for one moment; my question is borne out of interest in why are so certain there isn't anything else.

Let's fast forward awhile and say that Prince William of Wales has ascended the throne as King William V. Let's say that he has a son named Prince X who he creates the Prince of Wales. Then let's say that Prince X has a daughter Princess A. Prince X dies the day of his daughter's birth with no other children. Since she is the first and only child of the deceased Prince of Wales she can not be displaced in the line of succession. Will she now be called heir apparent since she's first in line to the throne and can not be bumped down by a future birth? Thanks.

I was raised to respect my elders but some make it very hard to do. We deal with a lot of eldery in our office & just shake our heads at the ones that call our office & demand to be seen ASAP just to have their nails & calluses taken care of because they are going to FL the next day. Doesn't matter that they missed their last two appts without calling or anything or that the office is full. Very annoying.

Then there was the lady that kept beeping her horn in the supermarket lot at a lady that was moving 2 carts out of the way so this lady could park. 4 other H-capped available mind you but she had to get into this one. When she got out of her car the lady moving the carts told her she was moving them so she could part there & hoytie toytie said "oh you were not". I was a witness to this & we just laughed at her arrogance.

Some can be so sweet & downright funny while others are unbelievable. Guess that life.

Any elderly experiences you would like to relate?

Also... does this "mercy" mean that the husband will have protection from God on Earth? Or does it mean the husband will get a pass and be allowed into Heaven?

I was at a party this weekend and I met a guy and talked to him for a while, then after a while he kissed me really aggressively. I didnt like him like that and I thought it was kind of rude. I pulled away and turned my head the other way but he kept trying to kiss me. I didnt want to be rude and just run away because he was a pretty nice guy, so I didnt know what to do. I went into another room and a few minutes later he sat down next to me and we talked a little more and he tried to kiss me again. then I got up and told one of my friends to get me away from him, and we left the party a little bit after that. What do you think I should have done? Should I have told him to stop? I didn't want to make him feel bad because I was kind of flirting with him and maybe he thought I liked him. Should I have just let him kiss me?

"As the oldest son, Tagg Romney commandeered the way-back of the wagon, keeping his eyes fixed out the rear window, where he glimpsed the first sign of trouble. 'Dad!' he yelled. 'Gross!' A brown liquid was dripping down the back window, payback from an Irish setter who'd been riding on the roof in the wind for hours.

As the rest of the boys joined in the howls of disgust, Romney coolly pulled off the highway and into a service station. There, he borrowed a hose, washed down Seamus and the car, then hopped back onto the highway. It was a tiny preview of a trait he would grow famous for in business: emotion-free crisis management."
