What are some top theological schools or schools of religious studies, preferably offering courses on the ancient languages (Hebrew, Greek, etc.), offering bachelor's degrees on the east coast?

Liberty University has a good on-campus program, as does Bob Jones. There are some Presbyterian schools. You should be able to google that.
In Atlanta there is Luther Rice. In Mobile there is the University of Mobile, and Spring Hill College(catholic). But this is away from theEast Coast.

I would have to recommend the school I attended as a graduate student, Duke University.

Yale and Princeton are two of the most highly regarded.
