It does not say that anywhere.
1 Peter 3:1-2 says that a non-believing husband MAY be won over without a word by seeing his wife's conduct. It is not saying that God will have mercy on every single unbelieving husband. Only if, when he sees how the Christian faith has molded his wifes' personality and he sees the value of following Christ and becomes a believer, will he be saved.
Remember only those who exercise faith in Jesus will be saved. "For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, in order that EVERYONE EXERCISING FAITH in him might not be destroyed, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16) A wife's conduct may make a non-believing husband see the value of having the truth, but it is not guaranteed that this will happen.

1. Where in the bible does it say God will have mercy on an unsaved husband because of his wife's faith?
Not exactly in those words, but Acts 16:31 have a promise of salvation for a man and his family.
2. Does this "mercy" mean that the husband will have protection from God on Earth? Yes, as answers to his wife prayers. Due to her testimony, actions and words, He will have many opportunities to hear about God and to accept him as his Saviour.
3. Does it mean the husband will get a pass and be allowed into Heaven? No, no one will be granted a "pass" to heaven based in other one's faith. Each individual (husband, wife, son, mother, father, daughther, etc.) must obtain his/her own salvation through Jesus to gain access to heaven. If a family member becomes christian, his/her witnessing, praying, and good examples bring knowledge about the Lord to his/her family. But at the end it is the individual response or rejection of Jesus that define the individual path (heaven or hell) at the end of the terrestial life.

You are thinking of 1 Cor. However, it doesn't say God will have mercy, what it says is that the unsaved spouse will have favor.
Everyone must work out their own salvation. It is a free gift. Either it is accepted, or rejected.
I'll find the scripture: 1 Cor 7:14-15
14 For the Christian wife brings holiness to her marriage, and the Christian husband brings holiness to his marriage. Otherwise, your children would not be holy, but now they are holy. NLT

It doesn't. It just says that a husband may come to repentance because of his wife's faith. Women are suppose to practice their faith for others in the family to see, and then they may choose to follow in the same way. That's all it means. Because the husband will see how the wife's faith works, and will want to be saved also.

I am absolutely not aware of anything in the bible that would give someone a "free pass" for knowing or being "bound" to a Christian. Christianity is on an "individual" basis. You are on your own with God. Sorry, you can't be helped in this case.
Although her prayers might work on your behalf, salvation is up to you. It's not that hard or that bad. It really works. You should try it. Good luck to you.

I think you have that a bit mixed up. The text you are refering to is in Numbers 5. Where God shows no mercy to an unfaithful wife because of her Husbands anger.

The husband and wife are two different people if you and your girlfriend or boy friend died and you or your boyfriend had killed someone before you two had died but you didn't or he didn't know about it and one lived the right life and was a good person but the other was not which one would go and which one will not. each one is an individual you answer to your own crimes only. If you know something is about to happen all you can do is try to prevent it.

It doesn't. It merely says that a wife's conduct might win over an unbelieving husband.

it never says that. It tells the wives that they should pray for their husbands but it is never said that because of one's faith another can be allowed into heaven. one of the requirements for making it to heaven is being saved and if he isn't saved...well...I can't speak for God, but I'm 99% sure he's not going to heaven. So, all I can say is try your best to get your spouse saved or whoever's spouse saved. thanks for asking, though...I always say it's better not to assume.
