My fellow blind mice, you may disagree with all I say, it's logical. Nothing in life is more moot, than existence and everything in it. Some believe in it, others deny it; others don't care. It's all irrelevant; it's all deranged, that's existence. I call it "deranged devotion". -Exousia Skotos

My question is to make you think; hopefully your answer will help me evolve.

This has applied for decades, incidentally. Why is it whenever someone decides to make a game with religious overtones, it throws gameplay and creativity out the window? Are there no righteous coders out there? Are all programming geniuses atheist? Or do the companies figure "Eh, grandmas will buy these because they have Biblical scenes on the covers, and give them as gifts to their dismayed grandkids. Why make an effort?"

(If anyone's truly desperate to see a selection of these, I'm sure I could dig up a few reviews)

Where in the Bible does it say that sex outside of marriage is a sin? Why is it wrong if a loving, but unmarried, couple has a sexual relationship? Please cite chapter and verse.

Do you believe that love is the answer? If not, then what is?
Whether one believes in a God or not doesn't mean this world wouldn't be a better place without more love. What's one thing you can do to spread more love and less hate? I love you!
Blessings:)

I've seen a number of answers in the R&S category that have mentioned how sexually repressed Christians are. I'm wondering where and how that idea got started. Is this because of the teachings (and if so- which teachings), or experience, observation or some other reason?

As a lifelong Christian, I personally don't feel sexually repressed. I've read the Bible and didn't really see anything in it that implied that sex in and of itself is bad or evil. (Has anyone read the Song of Solomon recently??) Doing it with someone you're not married to is discouraged (Exodus 20), but other than that, I really didn't find anything that discouraged sex in general, or specified when, how, or why.

muslims are supposed to be helpful and kind towards their brothers and sisters. no wonder we're not getting anywhere!! you know i am just wasting my time/points, everyday one of these questions pop up they get stars etc, but nothing is done...if you are going to email people dont insult, its rude and disgusting. thats why i dont allow email. if you do something wrong appologize and repent!?!? i've done it...its really not that hard.....its a shame...some christians and jews are nicer than some of you muslims.

tell the truth:
1) have you ever been sent hateful/rude email?
2)have you ever sent on to your sis/brother in Islam or anyone on this sit a rude email?
3)why do people do these things? to intentionally hurt them? do you actually think you are helping them by insulting them?
4) if you have sent an email that might, in the slightest bit have hurt someone, do you regret it?

=(
salaam

he was born during this time on or around Sept 29, 2 bc...give or take a day...but doesn't it make since he will arrive during Harvest time to reap his Children from this world. I believe things are done in a orderly manner and this makes since to me.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT!!

If you are at all familiar with all the major events which God had to coincide with his Appointed Times, then this easily understood. Much of God's eternal plan are consistently fulfilled on his ""SPECIAL DAYS"". Not surprisingly, we find Messiah Yeshua dying on the cross as our PASSOVER lamb on the very day of Pescha (Passover). "He lay in the grave on the Feast of Unleven Bread" and Messiah Yeshua, arose on the Feast of the FIRST FRUITS.''....WOW does this make since or what............Remember the New Testament refers to Yeshua twice as the "First Fruits0 1 Corinthians 15:20

But each in his own Turn: Christ, the First Fruits; then, when he comes, those who belong to him will be changed at the last trump.

Is it possible to be a Christian and still believe in evolution, support gay marriage and a woman's right to choose?

I grew up as a Christian, but I have denounced my faith for many reasons. The principles of Christianity were ingrained in me, and I still have a strong sense of God. However, I cannot logically believe in creationism. I was a Microbiology & Cell Structure major in college, and there's just too much evidence against creationism in my eyes.

Also, I strongly believe no woman should be forced to go through with a pregnancy she doesn't truly want to have, regardless of the circumstances.

I'm very conflicted because I do want that closeness with God, but I firmly believe in the above stated things.

Are they any people who share my situation? (Please no links to Christian web sites supporting creationism/pro-life.)
