muslims are supposed to be helpful and kind towards their brothers and sisters. no wonder we're not getting anywhere!! you know i am just wasting my time/points, everyday one of these questions pop up they get stars etc, but nothing is done...if you are going to email people dont insult, its rude and disgusting. thats why i dont allow email. if you do something wrong appologize and repent!?!? i've done it...its really not that hard.....its a shame...some christians and jews are nicer than some of you muslims.
tell the truth:
1) have you ever been sent hateful/rude email?
2)have you ever sent on to your sis/brother in Islam or anyone on this sit a rude email?
3)why do people do these things? to intentionally hurt them? do you actually think you are helping them by insulting them?
4) if you have sent an email that might, in the slightest bit have hurt someone, do you regret it?
=(
salaam

hate emails or plain mails that remind us that we are off the right path but we consider it hateful bc it's stepping on us?
negative criticisms are part of life, being muslim should be firm in encountering such, like, negative and positive publicity, they are both publicity can make use of it to benefit oneself...
as muslims, allah swt commanded us only to deliver the message of islam, not to show contempt to anyone, convert or harass anyone, just show the right way to islam. If all else fail, resort to the law.

1. Not yet.
2. Don't understand the question :s.
3. Because people are mean, and some people feel better about themselves by putting others down.
4. Never sent a rude email to anyone. I would regret sending an email to a nice person, but not to a rude person.
Some Jews and some Christians may be nicer then some Muslims, but some Muslims are nicer then some Jews and Christians. It goes both ways.

I thought that I am the only one here who recieves hateful emails. I guess even good muslims recieve those hateful emails, but why?
1) have you ever been sent hateful/rude email?
yes many many since I started using this section.
2)have you ever sent on to your sis/brother in Islam or anyone on this sit a rude email?
never even when I recieve a hateful email, I try to reply to it in a very polite way. Sometimes, I say things that may make people angry but I never intend to insult anybody
3)why do people do these things? to intentionally hurt them?
do you actually think you are helping them by insulting them?
That is how their parents raised them. They are sick
4) if you have sent an email that might, in the slightest bit have hurt someone, do you regret it?
Yes and I always apologize when I am wrong. Not only on Yahoo Answers but in daily life as well.
Salaam
I am glad that you have never recieved a hateful email. I think it is one person who has multiple accounts. he/She thinks that they are better than everyone else and they send people hateful emails. But you know what, they are not hurting but themselves. Allah knows best.

Saa'imah

I respond by filing a report with Yahoo over the abuse and harassment. Funny how I haven't received many hate mails lately.

not only e-mail someone spread fitna about me that I report questions and answers.
I don't know what is in their head so they think it's Islamically right to do that.
When I get rude e-mail I try to reply as nice as I can.
coz I don't want to hurt others

I might have offended someone with my posts here, and if I had it was never my intention and I do appoligize.
I do not and will not send emails though.
Its just not worthy it. you shouldn't go that deep to send someone hate email, or hurt anyone for that matter.

i think all religious fanatics are hypocrats.....while they spew morality, they look down at others with disdain and scorn, instead they should be lifting up the poor and downtrodden and helping them with their burdens.......
one phrase that is clearly mistranslated is judgement is mine sayeth the Lord, not only does the judgement of criminals apply but those who fall short in the eyes of humanity....(the poor, the downtrodden, and the sick)
