Sometimes...other times I fail miserably, and this failure is always based on ego-mind (judgment, greed, fear, need for control, etc.). I do accept that Love is the answer...to any question. For me, Love is the Namaste of life...that which acknowledges connection to another, at a deep level beyond the outer senses. My senses too often betray me. Although, sometimes in the NOW I am transported to connection and Love for another and feel in that moment a transcendence, a lifting that brings joy. At that time I am acknowledging the other as self, and both as Source. It is a brilliant moment when this happens. I feel it now, even for the ones in my life who challenge me. I, too, love YOU. I am Sirius

To spread the love, people can perform random acts of kindness, such as letting someone go in front of them in traffic, holding the door open for others, helping an elderly person carry groceries to his/her car, donating, and sometimes just being good listeners. I don't think love is always the answer (some people will not love or accept love), but in many cases it is. Personally, I don't love as much as I could; there are some people that I love and some people that I hate, but always with good reasons. If there was more understanding in the world, it would be a better place.

The more I love the more that capacity for loving grows. Like stretching a muscle. I do not yet love as much as I humanly can and when I do reach that point I expect I will find myself home. Love is an action an exercise. Essential, wonderful and amazing. We must accept all people and love them for who they are not who we think they should be.
Peace Be With You,
Debra

Love often results in much poor decision making. One doesn't need to love to not hate.

I do have love for my son and a very few friends.
Romantic love is elusive and painful. I have only found tears there.

Understanding each other.
Turning the other cheek.
Treat others as you would want to be treated.
Having an open mind and heart.
Those are all good start.
