Brigit, Goddess of healing, although really any Goddess you identify with will be fine. It perhaps helps to focus on a Goddess identified with healing, so Brigit(I'm going with the Irish version of her) is a good choice.
I have not tried the method you link to, but a simple spell to heal one's skin is as follows:
Dress a blue candle with healing oil(oil in which you have added a pinch of blessed salt and said an invocation of healing over) and set before you on your altar or table.
Sit in front of the candle, light it, and chant your invocation to the Goddess:
"Health to you and health to me,
dear Goddess(insert name here) so let it be.
That radiant I may walk your path,
enjoying health such as thee hath.
And of ill-health I ask of thee,
dearest Goddess, set me free."
Chant three times, one for each aspect of the Goddess, and then list in detail the areas of your health you wish addressed.
Finish the spell with a gift to the Goddess: a small note that you have written, giving your sincere thanks, set aflame in the candle flame(be careful!) and thus sent to her. After giving your gift, extinguish the candle flame.
Repeat this ritual until your health is restored, or the candle is burned away, but no more than for seven continuous nights.
Good luck!

Going to a dermatologist would be a nice start.
There are a few "natural" things that are good for your skin... I can't think of them all off the top of my head, but aloe vera is quite beneficial for most all skin conditions. I also recall that applying avocado oil and a warm salt water bath can help skin conditions, particularly psoriasis.
Always revert to medicines before you start casting spells- this is simply common sense.
However if you plan to go through with a spell, Brigid, Airimid, and Morgen are sometimes associated with healing. I have little experience in working with or studying these particular deities- so you should probably do research on them beforehand.

First, please contact a dermatologist
for an exam if you haven't done so
already and have only been trying to
"self-medicate" using "over the counter"
stuff.
I had "rough skin" for several years
and it looked all the world like a
persistent and bad case of acne. The
dermatologist I went to had a lotion
that corrected the problem...but it
took a while.
Second, I would comment that while your
condition (as described) doesn't
necessarily fit that of a former fiance...
I will comment further in that some
skin conditions are due to stress. These
can appear as eruptions similar (in profile)
to that of the mesas out in the SW USA.
Looking directly at them, they will appear
similar to that of an open wound that
hasn't been cleaned (allowing the dead
white blood cells to form a scab),
normally (but not restricted to) yellow
-green in color. They can range in size
but tend to take the size of 1 1/2 times
that of the old US half-dollar. They can
disappear after a few days (if and when
the stress alleviates somewhat).
But since you have indicated this seems
to be chronic, it may not be that
described above.
Third, skin and bones are ruled by
Saturn...as well as chronic health
conditions. Saturn's aromatic perfume
is myrrh. I would think almost any
Goddess could be appealed to...but
Sekhmet might be a good choice.
Recommend you perform this Ceremony
in the day & hour of Saturn...possibly
around dawn.
But be aware novice, that in approaching
Sekhmet you are entering a Lioness' Den.
SHE is an Ancient and Terrible
Archetype. SHE does not suffer fools,
and SHE will be hungry. SHE will
want raw, bloody meat...but will
accept a broken egg...if this is
your first time to approach Her.
In closing, please consult with a dermatologist as well as performing any Ceremony for healing yourself.

You appear to be treating magic as if it was a recipe. It's not just about follwing the directions given on a website. Magic comes from yourself. Everything else are just triggers. A spell works because of you, not because of the words or the colors or the herbs involved. Also, if you're involving gods (and magic doesn't require it) you should be addressing those with whom you have a relationship with. Strangers do not often grant people favors.
I'm very sorry that your condition has been so traumatic for you, but you don't just pick up and use magic like you pick up a lotion in the store.

Hmm, tough one. I would go with Venus, goddess of beauty. I hope it goes well for you.

Edit; Were here to help, but a little more info on what kind of skin issue is needed. If you just went to your family doc, they may not know alot about skin. A trip to the dermatologist is needed. My nephew has a skin problem. His pediatrician thought it was eczema. He had to go to a dermatologist for an allergy test, and his mom found out to was something different, which is why the medicine he was using wasn't helping at all. He got new medicine, and his skin cleared up wonderfully.

Love,
Listen to Jack and Raji, they do know what they are talking about. There is another thing that I would like to mention, and please understand I am not trying to crush your hopes on this I just want to try to explain to you what I have learned as a personal experince.
Spells, are great and they do work if you believe in them, but even if you put your whole heart into them they don't always work the way that you want them to. Spells to me are also a form of prayer but they are showing that you are willing to participate and help yourself, but that's just my opinion.
Somethings are not meant to be cured. No matter how great you wish for it to happen, no matter how much you pray, or how much effort you add to a spell, some things cannot be changed. Somethings are forewritten before our births.
When my husband fell ill and had to have the heart surgery, and than began having heartattacks six months afterwards and the hernias started forming the kids and I performed a healing spell that didn't work the way we wanted but it did give him just enough strength to make a 5 day bus trip to be near his family.
Sometimes healing spells don't heal us physically, but they do heal us emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
I understand this disease and it pains me to hear and read how much emotional turmoil it has put you in, and I wish I did know of a cure to give you, but I truely feel that you need to work on excepting you for being you, mind, body, and spirit, before you will find the healing that you seek.
As I said before I am not trying to be a naysayer or bust your hopes, Love, but your are a very beautiful person inside and out although you yourself may not see that......yet, and I hope that oneday you might. Use this experince that you are going thru to make yourself stronger. Once you are comfortable and accepting of yourself you will find that people will not be as nervous of you, because they will since your self-confidence.
Jack's healing spell is a basic and not bad, and Raji is also right to. Just keep on open mind on what type of healing may take place, that way you will know when it happens and how it is working.
I am also telling you this from personal experince for healing spells that I have tried to work on myself also. I was not physically healed, but emotionally and mentally I was, and to me that is a greater gift, than transforming a temporary body into something that I probably still wouldn't be happy with anyway.

Love, you've asked for a spell (rather, information on a spell) that you found over the internet. First off, FEW witches will put their BEST stuff out there for all to see. After reading that spell and it's format. It would seem to be nothing more than a general skin heal spell. Something that would help for very minor problems and requires NO application to the problem skin itself. I would tend to questiojn it's efficacy totally. Additionaly, you ask for a Goddess to invoke. the Gods are not items on the supermarket shelf to be taken donw when needed out of thin air. You NEED to research the one you wish to ask for aid. To simply invoke a goddess because she Heals but you don't know exactly WHAT she heals may not do you any good at all. If she's a goddess of fertility and childbirth, she';s NOT going to do you one bit of good, even thouhg she DOES heal, she heals ONLY those things. Do your homework, sister.
Also, many of us Witches tend to also be alternative healiers as well. We KNOW of the healing properties of herbs, minerals, liquids and yes some of us, even chemicals. BUT we are going to need more specific information beyond a "skin condition that's out of control". We'll need to know what medical attention that you've pursued so far. An exact diagnosis, and to what degree it has progressed. We are NOT licensed or accredited so you'll have to decide for yourself whether or not to follow our suggestions.
For example, I once had a severe fungal infection of the face, I went to the doctor and was informed that it WAS a surface fungus and he gave me a creme. the cremem didn't work and he wanted to do expensive laser treatment to kill off the surface skin and the fungus that underlayed that. I did some research, myself and dtermined that there WAS already an over the counter preperation that would do exactly what the laser would and for only a few dollars. The solution? Compound W, yes it's intended for warts BUT, it is acidic, kills off the surface layer of cells and penetrates to the area that the fungus lives in and thrives. I used it. It stung like HELL, I thought my face was going to melt off me. BUT, you know what? It worked!. The fungus was killed and has NEVER returned. An added benefit, it renewed the skin on my face and made it less blemished. NOt only did it kill the surface skin and fungus, it killed off the blemished tissues as well.. tghe point is, MORE information is needed to arrive at some sort of treatment.
Also, there's NO law that says you have to resort to doing just ONE thing at a time. YOu can follow the medical advice, do the spellwork and folllow alternative medicine ALL at the same time. If the problem is THAT serious then bring out the WHOLE toolbox and not just one tool at a time.
If you wish, you can e0-mail me and I'll try and help you out. Even if it's just a symapthetic ear to listen to your woes. It certainly couldn't hurt. In the meantime, I wish you wel in your search and let me know how things turn out?
Brightest Blessings,
Raji the Green Witch

I would go with Aesclapeus. He was the greek Deity of medicine and healing. His symbol was a staff with a single snake travelling up it, which in some places is still used as the symbol for medicine. (Others they use the staff with 2 snakes, which is similar to the ancient pagan symbol) In ancient Greece, people would travel to temples of Aesclapeus to sleep and dream, and their dreams would tell them if they were healed by the god.

I suppose it depends which tradition you follow and which pantheon of Gods you're working with. In Daemonolatry, you'd perform a healing spell in the name of Verrine and/or Buer. For a Celtic pantheon - Belenus. For a Greek pantheon Apollo.
Of course I also agree with others who have said seek traditional medicine. Spells should be used supplementally to aid in healing, not as sole treatment of any condition.

I agree with Nighttwin you cant just say a spell, in order for it to work you have to know what you are doing...you cant just treat a spell for your own personal gain(well you can)but it must be taken very seriously..have a Great day and good luck! and BTW that site is more like saying stuff for yourself then for getting the real meaning..
