Isn't that against the guidelines?

I heard that this guy wont vote for a president cause Jesus didnt come to establish any laws or something. he's a jehovas' witness and wont vote cause of that, like "well he didnt come to put in any laws or whatever".

Now I know what atheists would say as I am one. But I wanna know what do you think of it? Do you think its a cheap excuse to not vote?

*Some* Muslims believe that Christian believe that God had sex with Mary and provided the sperm that joined Mary’s egg. (These same misunderstand the trinity to be God, Jesus, and Mary)

But, ALL Christians proclaim that Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit and was born of the virgin Mary.

God created mankind in His own image – perfect and holy. (Genesis 1:26-27)
Man sinned and fell, and his “image” became sinful. (Genesis 3)
When Adam begot a son, Seth, it was in Adam’s fallen sinful image. (Genesis 5:3)

Could one born of woman, in the fallen sinful image of Adam bring redemption to the world?
That is, would a sinful sacrifice be acceptable to the holy LORD God Almighty?

If not, how could the “egg” of Mary and the Holy Spirit provided “sperm” form a zygote leading to the God-man, Jesus, who is said to be the only begotten Son of the Father?

Wouldn’t Mary’s egg have to be “perfect”?
Was Jesus begot in the “perfect” and “sanctified” image of Mary?

Does this give credence to the doctrine of the “Immaculate Conception”, held by Catholics?

Or did God provide the sperm AND the egg, because Mary was also sinful and needed a savior?

I honestly don't think any of those people who are saying he(Vick) should be killed like those dogs or given more jail time really give 2 cents. He did a crime, then he deserves those months given to him. If they want to fight a cause, how about the dogs that are killed everyday in pounds b/c nobody wants them. Until then don't try to act all self righteous. Its fake. What are your thoughts?

Everytime we have sex afterwards he ask me did i have an orgasm.It gets annoying and if i i say no it hurts his feelings so i lie and say yes.But i tell him i dont have to orgasm to enjoy sex wit him cuz i do enjoy it (its amazing)How do i stop him from askin every single time...its drivin me crazy

to any religion,colour or culture and just accept people are different?Islam,Christianity,Judaism,Wicca etc do not preach hate so why don't we speak louder than the haters?

One time when he was drunk at a family party he followed me upstairs, backed me up against the wall and started saying things like "I give really good backrubs, you know" (while he was rubbing my shoulders) and "your cousin doesn't really love me". He was pretty drunk though when he said all of this so that probably had a lot to do with it. He tells me he thinks I'm smart and that his mom loves me and he's super nice to me but then again he's nice to everyone. He also looks right into my eyes sometimes and smiles and holds his gaze for quite an uncomfortably long time. Is he just being friendly or what? I'm not going to steal her fiance from her or anything I'd just like to know if I'm reading too much into it or not.

That's what someone here on Y!A said. He said he's a cop. I figure if you have something so personal, then use somebody else's computer. How can someone use your property & have every RIGHT not to tell you the reason why. Plenty of times in my life, I've asked people for help & they demanded an answer for why.If it's that personal, then my brother should use someone else's computer, right? Isn't that cheeky & selfish? You depend on ME & the reason why is none of my business. & that cop said if he were on the scene, he'd take both of us to jail because we're crazy losers.

If it's so personal, suppose somebody else used my computer & hacked his info. Or what if he wanted to use my computer tro hack my info. & passwords? He may be my brother, but he says he doesn't trust me. Why am I wrong for distrusting him? He doesn't trust me because he commits or sets others up to commit crimes, & I'm the one who reports them so I won't be an accessory.

I can’t afford to spend much of anything for Christmas this year, and haven’t been for several years. We bought a house almost nine months ago, so most of our money is going to that and bills. I have read some of the questions on here about what to buy someone for Christmas if you can’t afford much, and some people say bake cookies, cakes, pies, or give a plant or make coupons for personal services. Those are all GREAT ideas but they won’t work with my family. My family is very judgemental and money driven. The name brand or price tag of something is what catches their attention. I can guarantee you if I baked a dozen cookies and gave them to my aunts, they would toss them in the garbage – guaranteed. My mom, brother and grandmother as well. I am not assuming this either. I know them. I have heard them talk about other people’s gifts.

Peace.....For me personally, I do not have any difficulty accepting the Virgin Birth. If we can accept spirits showing up without knocking and coming through a door, then God can certainly produce a Virgin Birth to happen the same way. Blessings, "orthros".....

Any mall. The people who crowd the aisles trying to peddle $500 hair straightners and $300 dead sea salt scrubs and whatever else. They drive me CRAZY!! They waste my time. If i was interested in their product, I would approach them. I do not need them walking beside me telling me about their product. Does anyone else feel this way?!
