I have this program but when I had first started it a long time ago it seemed too complex to me -- it was good and very thorough but I had only just learned the alphabet. I plan to start it again but was wondering about the experience of others with this program.

I'm required to take 2 semesters of a foreign langauge in college for my major, and i'm not sure which one would be the best.
I did 4 years of spanish in high school and i enjoyed it, and one year of german and that was ok too. I'm actually very interested in becoming fluent in any language, and also studying abroad.

so, Which language would be the most useful to learn? Why did you pick that language? Are you fluent in a language?

(For the well-informed: Yes, I know that story is apocryphal, in spite of its inclusion in the Gospels.)

Ok, I have a friend who is very creative, and loves things that you put together yourself (the gift giver). She loves anything to do with pictures (so picture frames are a good idea) and she loves sentimental things like pictures and poems. She also loves anything to do with coffee and scented candles. What should I get her?

to safety after a rainstorm? Like if it was stuck on the street or sidewalk and didn't look like it was going to be able to make it to the ground to burrow into the soil? Did you get any satisfaction from helping it?

Matthew 15:11
Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.

Mark 7:20
And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.

1Thessalonians 5:3
For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

James 3:6
And the tongue [is] a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.

James 3:10
Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these (grace and law) things ought not so to be.

I still don't understand why I was born with learning difficulties. My mom never did drugs or anything harmful when I was in her womb. She was never in a bad environment when she was pregnant with me. And there's no one in my family that has learning difficulties. In fact, majority of my family members excel in academic areas.

So how did I end up with learning difficulties?

consider all of the programs, civic groups, etc all clammering to do this or that for the past 100 years yet what really has been accomplished-not much.
It certainly does nothing at the end of the day for you.

He doesnt really know what kinda clothes to get me so i need to think of something for him to get me, or i will end up with a bunch of clothes or something that i dont like lol. I have a laptop, my brother has a ps3 and xbox 360, i just got a new camera for my birthday. I really dont know what to ask for. I honestly don't get it. It was called one of the "scariest movies" of that year.
Three guys hook up in Europe for some uninhibited, meaningless sex, pot smoking, and alcohol abuse, only to get lured into a trap with the promise of even MORE uninhibited meaningless sex, and find a group of people who have sunk to the next level of depravity, for which sex and drugs are no longer thrilling, now they have to kill people to get a rise. Are we surprised? And this is scary why?
To make it worse, the survivor who gets away lowers himself to the level of his captors and goes on a little killing spree. So in essense, he learned absolutely nothing.
Was it gory? yeah. Graphic, violent? Yup. Excessive nudity and sex? You betcha. But scary? Please. Were it not for my excessive eye rolling I would have fallen asleep.
Please explain why this movie is so scary. Do you empathize with the characters? Do you really think this could happen to you?

May Allah keep the calamity far from me and you and have mercy on you and keep you away from the fire of Hell, because you are entangled in a state that you need mercy. Allah's bounties are so much for you that you are healthy and have lived a long life. Your responsibilities are more serious because [the Holy Qur'an] and the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) are well known to you and you are also aware of the religion. You do have a duty to perform for each of his bounties and have a responsibility. He wishes no more than trying your gratitude and reveal His kindness to you. He has said: "If ye are grateful, I will add more (favours) unto you, but if you show ingratitude, truly My punishment is terrible indeed"(14:7).

Are women brainwashed to believe they are only good for Playboy or making babies?

Seems like many women(even men) are catty towards each other and cannot accept females as authority figures.
Cause if that wasnt the case there would have been at LEAST 1 woman President in America by now.......since the year America, land of the free and equal was born.

Over 200 years of "free and equal" and no woman President yet? hmmmmmmmmmmmm interesting.

And for those who are slow and will point out that women havent had the right to vote until recently...........THAT's exactly my point. It isnt free and equal then..... is it?????

I went to visit my cousin over Thanksgiving and I feel that I was not treated as a guest.

On the Friday after Thanksgiving, my cousin went to work and said she would come back at 3 p.m. She came back at 5:30 p.m. and then sat down and spent a few hours on the Internet. She did not even ask me if I wanted anything for dinner. I had to take out food for myself and eat it.

I had also sent her an expensive Birthday gift and took a gift to her house for her. She did not give me anything much in return.

I don't know if I should mention this to her or just not go visit her again.

My cousin is workaholic and basically involved only in her work. She has become worse as the years go by and its affecting her marriage also.

Its not my place to tell her how to live her life, but I felt hurt at how I was treated. It went downhill from there and it felt like I was not wanted in her house. I had asked her before I booked my ticket.
