May Allah keep the calamity far from me and you and have mercy on you and keep you away from the fire of Hell, because you are entangled in a state that you need mercy. Allah's bounties are so much for you that you are healthy and have lived a long life. Your responsibilities are more serious because [the Holy Qur'an] and the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) are well known to you and you are also aware of the religion. You do have a duty to perform for each of his bounties and have a responsibility. He wishes no more than trying your gratitude and reveal His kindness to you. He has said: "If ye are grateful, I will add more (favours) unto you, but if you show ingratitude, truly My punishment is terrible indeed"(14:7).

Al Humdulillah. All our blessings are from Allah ta'ala. And any good we do will be with Allah ta'ala. I don't look for gratitude but it's nice to show it to other fellow muslims to encourage others.

As far as gratitude to our creator. I don't know how to say this but in my mind there is no way I can imagine to show my creator the gratitude I feel for his mercy and blessings he has put upon me. The only thing I can do is strive to do my best as a muslim and to not divide myself from others. To push myself continuously and seek refuge with Allah swt in all of my troubles.

I loved your question. These type of questions make people feel good about who they are. And it personally helps me to count ALL of my blessings.

Jazakallah Khair
