You ask some good questions, TD. All the correct answers have been expressed already. I agree it depends on the local laws where you live as to what other laws you should follow.

Did I miss the question where you ask if we like your poem, yet? I see those every day, buddy. Look forward to it too.

Exodus 20:3 says, "Thou shall have no other gods before me". Notice the word gods is not capitalized. God in this instance is not claiming these are deities but rather idols that men have made out to be their center of worship. Acts 19:26 Paul said they were not gods at all but were made with human hands. Jeremiah 10:3-6 tells us that these men make these images in vain for they can neither do good or evil. Isaiah 44:10 asks who has made a false god that is profitable for anything. There is no other deity given in our lives than that of God. Read I Kings 18:19-39 and you will see a great example of a gods power verses God Almighty and His strength.

There is no such thing as Judeo-Xian. This is something Xians make up because without Judaism, their faith cannot exist. But we Jews really hate that.

According to my religion, non-Jews only have 7 laws to abide by, called the Noahide Laws.

1. Do not murder.
2. Do not steal.
3. Do not worship false gods.
4. Do not be sexually immoral.
5. Do not eat a limb removed from a live animal.
6. Do not curse God.
7. Set up courts and bring offenders to justice.

The 6th Commandment didn't forbid killing; it forbade murder. Legally, these are two entirely different actions. There was always war in both Old and New Testament times and killing one's enemy was always permitted, as it is permitted even as we speak. So, if we are talking about the major 10 Commandments (and not the additional 620 commandments in the Old Testament), the only three to which you are legally bound in current times are stealing, perjury (bearing false witness) and committing adultery.

If you live in fault divorce states and you want too keep your money; " Do not commit adultery."
If you are under 18; honor your father and mother or find your self in juvenile court. If you are over 16, check the age of whom you fornicate with.
Bearing false witness against your neighbor can get you sued.
Envy ( coveting ) can cause one to be fired if it causes a contentious situation.
Hope this helps.

The OLD TESTAMENT (LAW) was nailed to the cross, we are under the New Testament today., if people claim they are following the old testament they would have to observe every old law and coustom to be doing it correctly (including sacrificing animals for atonement of sins, women having to purify themselves during certain times of the month and sacrificing doves for purification) Under the New Testament it is repeated that thou should not kill, steal, lie, commit adultery, homosexualtiy is condemned, idolatry is condemned, fornication, witchcraft, being a person to cause hatred or battles, etc there are too many commandments in the New Testament to write in this answer Read the Bible they are all there Matthew-Revelation*

In court "you shall not give false testimony."

"Blue laws" used to enforce not working the Sabbath.

There are others, I'm sure, but don't have the patience to do the research for you.

But note that these are mostly Jewish laws. There are 613 commandments in the Hebrew Bible. Christ set us free from the law and now Christians live by the concept...

"Love the Lord" and "Love your neighbor as yourself."

You aren't even bound by those. The bible didn't say we could kill criminals and military enemies and animals It just said "don't kill" (very vague).
Furthermore, the Ten Commandments, in Exodus 34 clearly commands us to do things not mentioned in law:
-Celebrate the Feast of Unleavened Bread.
-Redeem the firstborn donkey with a lamb
-Celebrate the Feast of Weeks
-Bring the best of the firstfruits of your soil to the house of the LORD your God.
-Do not cook a young goat in its mother's milk.

Well...I know you're too good a person to commit adultery...

Just don't covet anyone or anything, do remember the Sabbath Day, don't worship any idols, and you should be okay!!!!

Depends upon where you are; adultery, false witness, blue laws, parental control, even profiteering and justifiable homicide laws can all differ between municipalities.
