Hey everyone- I found this in a link from Multiply this morning-

There are two books here completely free about the END TIME PROPHESIES!!! (sorry- that needs to be said dramatically... kinda like saying SLAYER).

http://the-end.com/

You can either download it (without providing ANY personal information), or mail-order it...

I snagged a copy for myself (for laughs), and thought I might share with all. So- my question:

Do any other Non-Christians like reading material of this nature for sheer entertainment?

An answer to my previous question stated that the scientists drowned because they did not predict the flood.

Who were these scientists?

Racism, genocide, slavery, and religious intolerance are considered to be evil according to modern morality. However, at different places in the bible, Jehovah advocates or commands that these things be done.

How could a "perfect and sinless" god, (such as Jehovah is supposed to be), actually have a lower level of morality than "sinful" humanity?

How could a "corrupt" and "fallen" race recognize that these things are evil when a "perfect" god does not seem to realize that are evil?

What do you think this indicates?

It says an eye for an eye in one part, but it also says to turn the other cheek.... And it says that God has never-ending love for us, but then why does He send people to Hell? It is His choice.... I want to believe in Him, but the bible has so many contradictions...

I am proud to be a citizen of the USA. Our politicians, military leaders and entertainers get criticized by the whole world but I wouldn't live anywhere else. It makes me mad when foreigners think they have the right to judge Americans.

What's your opinion?

My husband and I are planning to tell my family at Christmas that we're expecting. :) Does anyone have any fun ideas for how I could do this creatively? For instance, I was thinking of having everyone unwrap a baby spoon or baby food... but I want to make it fun. Ideas? Thanks so much!

Why do Christians who are insistant on keeping the law, thereby diregarding Gal 5:4, not keep it all or try to keep it all and burn sacrifices ? Why do the Jews not burn sacrifices. It doesn't state in the New Testement that these things would cease, so what's the story guys ?

Honestly guys and gals, tell me...if you are against all religion, why don't you just go about your merry ways and keep your disbelief to yourselves? Honestly....tell me, why it is that you feel the need to heckle people who do believe? What joy does this actually give you?

My brother in law does not believe and is a self proclaimed athiest, however his daughter, my niece, is married to a Lutheran Pastor. He doesn't have this need to be obscene with Christians and I'm wondering what gives with those of you who do.

Please tell.

America has been a vocal advocate of democracy throughout its history and has played a large role in the adoption of democracy by many countries all around the world. However, democracy is a form of government that is pagan in origin, (ancient Greeks). The bible only advocates theocracy and monarchy. Why would a country that is supposedly "Christian", such as America, be so active in spreading this pagan ideology everywhere?

I had an experience which most people(especially non-religious) would call hallucinations.I am a Christian and sometime last year after a period of intensive prayer using the book of Psalms,I had the most incredible experience.A voice spoke to me for several days (and I could speak back to it in my mind),claiming to be God and telling me about things I did not know which I later confirmed to be real and also a number of very controversial things..One of those things concerned a Christian book I own which is written by a lady who claims to be a Christian with in depth knowledge of the occult. It is a graphic, scary, and disturbing book which even made me doubt if God really had much power. But when I asked this voice about it,it said the book was rubbish and the writer did not exist.I did some research and lo and behold, the writer used a completely different name from her real name to write the book and she is considered ,even by Christians, to be a hoaxer and mentally unstable

The bible says he does......If we scorn and spit in his face and mock....yes God laughs because he sees your day is coming....worded just like that.....High and mighty man thinks he is god......and we are a form of god being made in his image. But still he is the commander and chief......So we need to get on the right side of things.

I've asked this question many times in the past but I'd like to see what the Y!A community comes up with.

"Therefore hearken not ye to your prophets, nor to your diviners, nor to your dreamers, nor to your enchanters, nor to your sorcerers, which speak unto you, saying, Ye shall not serve the king of Babylon:" -King James Bible
