No I would not be bothered.
Matt.24:3; Tell us when shall these things be, the end of the world and the sign of thy coming.
If the end of the world is the second coming of Jesus and his world is without end. Eph.2:7; 3:21; And eternal life is for the believers, what is there to worry about.
Matt.13:37-39 [ the WORD in the time of the end, Matt.24:3,7,14,15,36-39;
25:31-34; the WORD in the time of the end ]; Rev.12:3,4,6-11,12 [ Michael, Satan and his short time in the time of the end Dan.12:1-13 ];
At 2007 after Christ the bible in circulation 396 years means it is the time of the end. Rev.20:1-6,12,13; No Satan 1000 yrs, the heavenly, for the new heavens are with Jesus at his 2nd coming to resurrect the earthly the earthly for the new earth 2Pet.3:13; Isa.65:17; Rev.21:1-5;

Matthew 24:36-39 answers your question... “Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father. For just as the days of Noah were, so the presence of the Son of man will be. For as they were in those days before the flood, eating and drinking, men marrying and women being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark; and they took no note until the flood came and swept them all away, so the presence of the Son of man will be.

Acording to all best reseached prophesy from the bible put the end of the world as we know it as begining in 2010.
Myans prophesy puts the completion of the end as 2012.
most other prophesy put the end some time around now but are less specific.
So if we take into acount John in Revs the end takes about three years. If it starts early 2010 and ends late 2012 that would just about fit perfectly..!!

Yes! 2012... shall be the year of reckoning. 2012 shall be remembered in history of mankind forever. Why?
From the position of planetary movements and astrological calculations... the significance of number three for present civilization is immense. The 12th year of 21st century totals number three.
Talking of 2012 means... we have already stepped into the 21st century which numerically totals three. The 12th year also totals to three. A significant upheaval on the whole shall be the order of the day.
Adharma (lawlessness) would be rooted out for ever. 2012 and beyond is the period of spiritual elevation. 2012 rings start of golden era. Beyond 2012 it shall be harmony and peace all over.
The society would have learnt its lessons. Unethical practices and wanton desires would take a back seat. The lure of money and position would cease to exist. A pot of gold found lying in the backyard would not have a claimant

Despite all the predictions, no one can possibly know when the end will come, as I'm 65 now, I'm betting that I won't live to see it.
Am I bothered? Very definitely YES!
I am a recovered alcoholic (One year sober), life has never felt better, I have recently become engaged to another beautiful, lovely, recovering alcoholic who's 25 years younger than I am, and is bordering on nymphomania.

I think that depending on whether or not there is a greater power running the universe it could be at any time. However, if we're all just here by chance, I think that the human race will eventually collapse. It will take well over 1000 years to happen though, seeing as how technology is progressing forward at such a high rate. Under that circumstance, though, we'd have to assume that we don't ruin our planet before our time ultimately runs out. If we don't stop ******* and polluting, we might be meeting our creators much more quickly than those in previous generations had anticipated. And as this destruction continues, so does my discontent.

The odds are that we will have plenty of time before this world ends. So we better start dealing with the serious problems of this world, and make it a better place. I believe in reincarnation of the continuous type, that keeps us in the reality of this universe. If this planet came to an end, the universe has lot of others to go to. But most of us will be reborn here to deal with the consequences of our actions or inactions.

27th September 3475 at 15:17.
The robots invent a supercomputer which eventually runs the entire planet. Unfortunately a bug in their programme causes the computer to malfunctions and the self destruct sequence gets started. Fortunately the surviving humans have set up colonies on other planets after successfully terraforming them and many had already left as Earth was just becoming a giant research facility.

Probably when the sun supernovas or has a really big solar flare which will incinerate the earth. But by then we will have ships capable of intergalactic flight and so we won't care. . .as much. Earth will always have a special place in the mind of every human for generations.
