My best friend, single mom of 3 just lost her job does anyone know anything about the food bank or churches that hand out food baskets?

Since I don't know what part of Arkansas your friend is in, I can only give you links to charities within the state itself. After you check these out, I'd suggest looking under "Charities" in your yellow pages to get local organizations that can help. I'd also look up and call all the churches in your area, a lot of them run food programs and other assistance.
