Lots and lots of fresh veggies for the rest of the day:) Ask your body to forgive you for putting processed food into it and then make sure you exercise really hard for an hour. Your body will be very grateful. I don't remember the last time I ate at McDonald's.

You will be forgiven when you take a dump in the morning. Your arteries arent so easily pleased tho. Best do some exercise to keep them sweet

Just eat low calorie stuff the rest of the day...no snacking and maybe do a bit of exercise.

You really don't have to worry though, I don't think cardboard food digests....no digestion, no calories!
