My Uncle went every year. We bathed and brushed the Beagles, Redbone, and the other hounds and went in his old blue pick up truck.

A nocturnal emission is an ejaculation of semen experienced by a male during sleep. It is also called a "wet dream", an involuntary orgasm, or simply an orgasm during sleep.

Nocturnal emissions are most common during teenage and early adult years. However, nocturnal emissions may happen any time after puberty. They may or may not be accompanied by erotic dreams, and the emission may happen without erection. It is possible to wake up during, or to simply sleep through, the ejaculation in what is sometimes called a "sex dream". Women can also experience orgasms in their sleep.

Several times in your Big Book, Jesus mentions that he will return within the lifetime of his contemporaries; people who were at that time listening to him speak.

Even by your own calendar, it's been a couple of thousand years, and he's not back yet. So, either there's a secret group of incredibly long lived Jews out there someplace still surviving, or perhaps it's all hogwash.

How do you TruBelievers work this simple fact in to your overall hypothesis? Or is it simply one of the many facts that you ignore in order to hang on to your delusions?

Okay, forgive me for this lengthy post, but SOMEONE has to counter the lies people have been posting about Pope Pius XII, and as usual, its me. Please read this:

Why did Pope Pius not use the bully pulpit of the papacy to denounce Hitler and the Nazis? The Pope knew well that any of his acts or comments might bring retaliation against him, the Catholic clergy, and the laity in Germany and every occupied nation.

The U.S. counsel at the Nuremberg war trials, Dr. Robert M.W. Kempner, wrote, "Every propaganda move of the Catholic Church against Hitler’s reich would have been not only ‘provoking suicide’. . . but would have hastened the execution of still more Jews and priests." German field marshal Albert Kesselring testified: "If [Pius XII] did not protest, he failed to do so because he told himself, quite rightly, ‘If I protest, Hitler will be driven to madness—not only will that not help the Jews, but we must expect that they will then be killed all the more.’"

So, let me preface by saying i am a seeker of Truth and i do not discount any source from my search.
i have read maybe a third of the OT, about 3/4th of the NT (including revelation and first 4 gospels) and considerably less of the Quran, but i have yet to find the actual word "Hell" in any of it. my question:
to each respective judeochristian faith, do you believe in hell and can you site a scripture passage with direct reference to it?
Notes:
-ive read the parts of revelation which talk about the lake of fire and such, but havent seen it actually say "Hell".
-Someone told me that jews do not believe in hell and that was christian invention, is this true?
-is the muslum concept of hell considerably different than the christian one?

btw, i invited the atheists here cause they were going to come anyway ;) nothing more reliable than the atheists sense of self righteousness!

Remember we are talking about value here and not numbers. Just because there are millions of the little guys on every try, all but one of them die. Does each have a soul? Where is the soul before the union? This is not a troll, this is a question that has been discussed since cells were discovered.

When women wear very low cut tops, they expose themselves every time they bend over. Are women doing this on purpose? They'd have to be stupid not to know their breasts are falling out of their shirt. And is it OK if I stare? I'm a boob man.

My stepdaughter age 12, has asked us numerous times before her birthday to give her cash for her birthday. The day of her birthday she called and said she was short money for the ipod she is buying, she than asks if we are going to give her cash and can she depend on her uncle also to do the same. Is this proper to ask what she is getting in advance?

ok, here's what i don't get, why do so many creationists and supporters of intelligent design get mad at the notion that we evolved from the same apelike ancestor as monkeys? as far as i know, they believe god is the sole authority on morality and he tells us what's right and what's wrong. and we are to obey his word without question. now, take monkeys and other animals of lower intelligence than humans. by that same token, we can train many animals to do what we want them to do, yes even monkeys. we reward them when they do right, and punish them when they do wrong, i.e. dog bites man, man kills dog. the thing that seperates humans from lower primates is we have the ability to question authority. we have evolved. so why do many people get mad at the idea of evolving from apes, only to in turn act like apes? it just doesn't make sense to me.

It seems to me that, logically, religions that are based on the same Abrahamic god, with each of them claiming to be the 'only right way', it is imperative to destroy the other religions that threaten that superiority.

I mean if they (the church) admit there could be more roads to God they might lose the control and the money they so desperately desire.

Lust for greed and power will always motivate some people to use war as a means to obtain it. So I don't believe that if there were no religions it would be all peaceful here on earth.
