I don't understand this and its a really sore subject with me. Why is everything turning into Spanish? It's America, Americans speak English, not spanish.How come you can't call somewhere without pressing 1 for English or 2 for Spanish. I'm sorry but if you live in this country learning English should be a must. It angers me at work when someone comes in and doesn't speak a lick of English and they get mad at you because you don't understand what they are saying or because you don't know Spanish. Everywhere you look there's signs in Spanish. I just think its wrong. Why would anyone in their right mind want to live somewhere and not know the language. I can't imagine moving to another country and having no idea what people are saying or not being able to read anything. It should be a law. You live in America, LEARN HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH. If people don't understand English thats their problem, not ours. Why should anyone have to deal with it?

My aunt Pheobe says that Jesus is all good, and if you dare to disagree, Jesus will come down and slap thee upside the head. If you speak a word of Goddess or say Buddah is the best, she will fight you to the test. She says that anyone that doesn't think Jesus is all good should be shot. But I am so confused, because I thought Jesus was this dude who taught love and tolerance unconditional. Is my auntie right?

I honestly can't. If anything Jesus was a person, probably a really nice person, who did alot for the people of his time, and stories of his good deeds were probably exaggerated over time to make him seem "godly". but the son of God?? I don't think so. there is only one God, and we are all his children. Why does this one person get the special title of "the" son of God? Or even, as some believe, God himself? If Jesus was God why did he die?! it brings up all sorts of philosophical and counterintuitive questions to which I see no logical answers. it just doesn't make sense.

I know how many atheists attack christianity, and christians attack islam, and etc. But you think of science as being the truth. Well in the quran, the big bang theory is pretty much written in it, it has the correct times for when/ how a baby develops in side of his or her mother, and it is scientifically correct about many other things. It was written over one thousand years ago, yet only now are scientists able to discover these things using modern technology. So what do you think about islam?

Hi. I would like to know how I would go about getting my 7 year old sister to perform Hajj when she gets her first period. What I mean is that her father is not Muslim and I know that her father has to sign a paper giving his consent for her to travel to Saudi Arabia for Hajj. Does anyone know if I could get her into Saudi on a Hajj visa without the paper singed by her father because he will never allow her to go the Middle East. Our brother is 5 so of course he can't give his permission to go on Hajj. The reason I want to take her on Hajj is because this will be the only time she will probably ever get to do it. And I want it done and out of the way for her. Any knowledge from brothers or sisters who have gone on Hajj before or have any useful info apprecated. Shukran.

My views of religion since i was like 12 is still remain the same! i alwayz think most of the conflict on this world part of that conflict will involve religion. i never understand why alot of people think you most be following a religion to believe in god. i believe in god but i don't really follow any religion since i was 11yrs old i was in six grade when i was thinking why my teachers was telling don't trully believe on everything i read but the bible i should follow it 100%. i did not quetion that teacher back in my coutry when elders advising you, its rude to question your elders. my confusion is always that we just treat each other with respect; then i question respectful what is it and were one's get it? can anybody help me out on how should i take religion.

Nah, I'm f***ing around. Here's my real question.

I'm getting sick right now. Really starting to feel sh**ty. Would some of you Christians please pray for me to be instantly cured? And not by death or lightning striking me or some other obscure twisting of the actual intention of my request. Just a real, unexplainable miracle of God?
