Not some, but ALL of us are born without faith.
We are born, fragile, vulnerable, innocent...
yet potentially perfect.
We understand that fact from the moment we first breathe.
Because our early survival depends on our families and environment, environment and family have tremendous influence on each of us.
It is ONLY through indoctrination, (often cruel to the point of abuse) that ANY human can adopt the insanity of irrational belief or "faith."
That is why, the BEST thing we can do for our progeny is to nurture the intelligent inquisitive creative nature that helps them survive.
It is myopic, selfish, ignorant and evil to indoctrinate children with faith.
George Carlin had it right...
If you REALLY want to help your kids...
try to NOT screw with them.
Superstition, fear, ignorance, cowardice, bigotry, hatred, selfishness, hubris, ego, stupidity and religion,
...are the penultimate screws.
Rationality, skepticism, knowledge, courage, tolerance, love, enlightened self-interest, humility, intelligence and science are the ultimate sources of freedom, prosperity and peace.
We are born without faith because faith is useless, meaningless and has NO survival value.
Faith is unreal.
Faith is imaginary.
Faith is based on illusion.
Faith is antithetical to survival.
We are born without faith because we are born only with senses and intellect; neither of which function well in the presence of superstitions ...such as faith.
We cannot ask why god doesn't want (or does want) us to have faith, because god (as typically defined by religion) CANNOT possibly exist.
Ask instead; "How could a God possibly "want" for anything?"
In that question... you can find an answer.
The conundrum of an omniscient, omnipresent and benevolent god is irreconcilable with the stupidity and pervasive greedy stupid materialistic evil that DOES exist.
We are all born without the insanity of superstition.
As pattern-seeking survival machines, we use our higher brains to find patterns, and we DO find them, even when none exist. THAT is the ancient source of superstition.
Understanding that fact gives us armor against the insanity of faith.
You are MUCH better off without faith.
Instead of relying on faith, look for proof, evidence, repeatable experimental results, reason, logic, in short ...Truth.
We may not find the "final truth" in our lifetimes.
However, at least we will have not LIED before we died and claimed we "knew" something we could not possibly know.
Faith is the last bastion of fearful brainwashed hypocrites.
Like the innocent child in the famous story, we are born without faith so we can see...
"The Emperor has no clothes."
After that simple clear realization, we are free to explore, understand and cooperate with reality. Renouncing faith and all its horrible lies allows us to see clearly and live well in Peace.
That is why we ALL are born without faith.

That's because so many narrow minded people believe in a God that controls your day to day decision. I may have some doubts, but I do not deny God's existence, and if he does exist, then why would he bar his own children from making there own decisions?
If there was such a thing as destiny, then there is no point to live because what you do is already predetermined. It is only you who can deny this faith or not. Not anyone, not even God.

Some are gifted with faith from the start and others must gain it through experience. We are not all the same person and each has different challenges they must overcome. Faith is an action. How can you gain faith or trust in someone (God or otherwise) without learning more about them? Good luck with your quest.

Faith is about believing in something without evidence. That's a recipe for disaster, because it offers no way to debate or settle any viewpoint, except on emotional biases.
You were probably immune to faith because 1. good education in logic and reasoning, 2. religion wasn't forced on you as a kid, or 3. you've examined many belief systems based on faith, and found reality the most compelling.
Do any of these apply?

We are all born without faith. Faith comes from what we are taught and come to believe during the course of our lives. Be it in a family devout within a faith. Be it we are called by devine intervention. Or we seek faith in following our own hearts. We seek out guidance in times of sadness. Find unending love in times of joy. Only Jesus was born with faith in God.
It's just my thoughts. Yours may differ.

best answer I can think of is that his greatest gift to us is free will. Hand in hand with free will is the concept that love can't be forced. By programming all people to automatically love and thus have faith in God I don't think it would technically be love.
People of different beliefs can argue this but within the context of Christianity I think this answer is a general summation of why not everyone has faith.

Greetings,
a baby is born with the original sin,and through baptism we are saved from this sin.God indeed wants us to have faith in him,for that we have to pray for this faith to God.That is why Prayer is most powerful that gets us closer to God and we have more faith.
Read the Bible everyday.
Peace Be With you.

Sometimes faith is something that you have to find. Even those of us born with faith lose it, then find it again.
It goes hand in hand with free will - we have the choice to have, or not have, faith, as well as choosing our faith.

God wants us to have faith in him but we must also have faith in His son Jesus Christ. We need to have faith in the atonement and that He truly did die on the cross to atone for our sins. If you believe that then you have faith. You just may need to build your faith through prayer and scripture study.
