How would I give my brief autobio. in French?


I get up at 4:00am. I study in the morning before work. I usually arrive at 5:00. Work starts at 8am. I don't like to sleep late, even on the weekends.

On the weekends I like to shop, go out to eat, get coffee, walk my dog and study.

I am interested in medicine. I would like to go to medical school. I am currently an emergency medical technician. I am a member of the health professions club at the University and part of MEDLIFE. Medlife is an organization that gives free medical services to impoverished families in Ecuador. We do medical missions with physicians several times a year.

In my spare time I like to cook, read and play the piano.

ok, IM's are welcome regarding this question. I have not tried to meditate yet but plan to start with a 20 min tries. I've been doing alot of reading about Vipassana and feel I have a loose understand of what it is and how to start but I'm confused about a few things and i feel like I'm missing something. Please help.

Is the only thing to do is to focus on the breathing and the nostrils? I know it helps clear the mind but what do you do then? Wait?

Is just trying to focus on breathing a very hard thing to do?

What happens after you get the focus on your breathing thing down?

Am I eventually supposed to see some kind of "sign"?

What kind of preparation is there?

In the 10th chapter of the Bagavad Gita (Vibuthi Yogam), in One sloka(28), the Lord says Iam "Vasuki" among the Sarpas. In the next(29) He says, Iam "Anatha(AdiSesha)" among the Nagas.
Dosent the term Naga and sarpa both represent Snakes. What is the difference?

My wife and I had a--let's call it a "discussion"--about the length of time you should hang up after a chat on the phone. She hangs up immediately after talking, which sounds like she's cutting off her converstation. She says that's ok. I think it's better to wait a couple of seconds after you say goodbye before you end the call.

Which one of us is right? Hang up immediately? Or, 1 2 3 then click.

There are many Senior Citizens, that have no investments, and were forced into retirement; because the next generation needed work, also the generation before the baby boomers are living on pennies too. The problem is these Seniors hardly receive enough money to live on > so they have to take odd jobs, some are over 70 > because most all of them receive and or make just pennies above most programs for low income people > What should be done about that?
