I don't mean to be ignorant, so don't report me. But don't you ever read or watch the news? Have you never learned anything in school about religion or ever searched the internet about this? Of course, the Pope is Catholic. He is THE HEAD of the world's Catholic ministry.
Sorry folks, but all religions are spinoffs of the Catholic religion. It was two of Christ's apostles, Peter and Paul, who traveled to Italy to convert the Romans. St. Peter's Basilica is built on the grounds of the Vatican.

the pope is Jesus. they think he is. they even call him the vicar. SO hes above all that catholic thing. Maybe we will get saved and stop the foolishness.
