Intellegent Design -- How would they teach that Aleins or Gods or a God came down to earth and started the human race when their is no science to back up these ideas. Should this be a philosophy class. Should Science teachers be expected to explain this without even a hypothisis let alone a scientific theory.

My Boyfriend & his family speak a Different Language. They ALL know English- but prefer to speak their language in their house... which makes me left in the Dust!! I have NO clue what they are ever talking about. I've voiced a concern to my boyfriend and they will speak in English every once in a while- but not much. They had a lot of family members over yesterday and it was like 15 to 1 being ME. Everyone was speaking their language and I felt like I was not in the room. No clue what they would say.. I would say "What did he say" when everyone would laugh but I am kinda sick of this!! I hate always feeling left out!

Is this mean of me to wish they would speak in English when I am around? Or is it Rude of them to not think about my feelings?

well the last time i believe other closeted gay guys have tried flurting with me was in the 9th grade now im going to be in the 12th grade...i would like too be flurt at and kinda flurt back without anyone knowing just the person im doing it with and well....yeah what are signs the person might be gay....oh one more thing since i love art im taking art class....do you think maybe their might be some closeted gay guys...

It seems people post here mostly to take a position and brow beat others with it. Granted not all, but it seems that virtually no one here is spreading the good word or making truly compelling case for evolution without a supreme deity. It's all agrument, bickering and backbiting. Why do you spend so much time doing it?

Now, correct me if I am wrong, but isn't the white settler's who enslaved blacks the same people who converted them to Christianity? Isn't it because of whites that blacks are christian in the first place?

So, if that is correct, then isn't the gift of jesus reparation enough? Or is jesus ok, but you would prefer money?

Also how can you witness to and convert someone just by showing them bible passages if you can't convince them that what the bible says is true

I seem to realize that there is alot of predudice against bisexual men and gay men. I dont see why it could possible bother anyone, I mean they are not having sex in the streets, and they are not hurting you so whats the big deal, love is love and thats how I see it. I am Bisexual but have been to scared to say anything to my family or friends for fear of rejection, WHATS THE BIG DEAL!?

Lets assume that your broad "theories" are correct regarding humanism, big bang etc. Lets go before the big bang. What was there before that? Where did the dimension of time come from? Lets assume that the universes slowly evolved from nothing. What is the nothing and where did it come from?

Think of pre-universes as a blank piece of paper, where did the blank piece of paper come from to form all these universes and who or what put that blank piece of paper there? Or was that blank piece of paper always there? If so, how can something have always been? Doesn't the Word of God say that God is the beginning and the end, and that HE always was and always will be? who or what started the processes matter that eventually turned into the beginnings of universes? I would truly appreciate a thorough answer. Thanks!
