I need a name to describe a youth sunday school class on Sunday morning. It will begin at 9:00 with breakfast each week (including coffee). At 9:25 we will split into small groups and have small group/instruction time. That will rap up around 10:15-10:25. At that time students can hang out, talk, play Nintendo Wii, ping pong, air hockey, etc., until about 10:50. At that time students will be kicked out of the youth ministry house and encouraged to attend morning worship. What's a trendy, modern, catchy name that we could use? Our Wednesday nights are called SYNERGY - Where Faith and Life Become One

My sister is a notorious re-gifter. She gives gifts out that she has recieved but has not used or used once and doesn't want. I want to get her back because I think it is tacky! She was just mentioning this weekend that it was one of her friends birthdays and she has this sweater with the tags still on it! It drives me crazy! Lucky for me her birthday is on the 15th, time for some payback! I do think it is the thought that counts and not the money you spend, but I really don't think there is any thought in finding junk you didn't want and giving it to someone else. And what even makes me want to do this more is that she is a selfish brat and if you give her something that doesn't have a expensive name brand on it (Prada, Louis Vitton, etc.) she won't use it even though it is something she asked for.

What can I do to get her back? I am on a mission! I want to look like I bought it for her but I also want her to feel like , "I think this is a re-gift". Any Ideas?

My neighbor (who just happens to be the mayor of the very small town we live in) uses my yard as a shortcut several times a day. In the eary morning I like to sit in the yard and have my coffee (sometimes in my PJ's) and on several occasions he has startled me. If if was just every once in a while I do not think it would bother me, but he does all through out the day. We can even be having a family BBQ and here comes the mayor cutting through my yard. How would you handle the situation.

Like if they are going to do it, they say "Ride that C***" or for a spanking they say "Spank that "A**".

Why would anybody speak in 3rd person about themselves. Any normal person if they talked that way would speak in 1st person.... Like "Spank MY A**".

Often in demonic possession, I've reasearched that entities speak through people. Like often in sin they are tempted by thinking of how they are going to do something then the demon has them think "YOU ARE GOING TO DO _______ (insert sin).

I'm just curious what others think. I think that they very well could be demonically possessed. Not just by their actions, but by speaking of their own body in 3rd person.

What do you think?

OK me and my boyfriend are going out to dinner tonight and everywhere we go to eat he seems to know people (well people seem to know him half the time he doesn't remember who they are) anyways I'm very picky about where we eat now because the last two places we had his exes as our servers talk about akward but the last few times we went to eat we had people that work there come sit next to us in the booth and start chatting with him. One we are on a date and so I find this very rude and 2 they never bother to introduce themselves to me and my boyfriend works alot so it's very important that we get this time for ourselves. anyways how can i explain to them that we are on a date and I think it's rude for them to invite themselves to join us?

A Texas family is suing Gov. Rick Perry and a school district over a state-mandated moment of silence in schools, according to The Dallas Morning News.

David Wallace Croft and his wife, Shannon, of Carrollton, Texas, have three children at Rosemeade Elementary and argue that the moment of silence is unconstitutional and amounts to state-sanctioned school prayer.

The couple has a history of complaints against religious-affiliated words and images in schools, having previously complained about Boy Scout rallies held during school, fliers sent home about Good News Bible Club meetings and the inclusion of "Silent Night" and a Hanukkah song in holiday concerts, according to report.

• Click here to read the story from The Dallas Morning News.

Krista Moody, a spokeswoman for Perry, said the moment of silence law that the Crofts filed a suit against on March 1, 2006, was passed in 2003 and calls for students to observe a moment of silence after reciting pledges to the U.S. and Texas flags each day.

The governor is certainly in favor of allowing students and faculty to quietly reflect on what they chose," Moody told FOXNews.com.

Moody said the beauty behind the freedom of the law is children get to do with the moment what they wish. There are no guidelines behind the silence.

Angela Shelley, media specialist for the Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District, could not comment on the case due to current litigation but said that in dealing with the Crofts, the district has been fair and is following the law.

"We have been fair and equal to everybody," she told FOXNews.com. "We need to respect everybody and value everybody’s opinion. We are following the letter of the law."

Ted Cruz, solicitor general for Texas who represented Perry at a federal district court hearing on Tuesday, said the Crofts are arguing specifically that every moment of silence statute in the country is unconstitutional, and even if that first point is not correct, they further argue any statute that mentions the word "pray" is unconstitutional.

Twenty-five states have moment-of-silence statutes. Thirteen of them explicitly specify prayer as an option the child can choose.

The Crofts are citing a case from the 1980s that struck down a moment of silence statute in Alabama.

"That argument is contrary to binding U.S. Supreme Court precedent," Cruz told FOXNews.com.

Cruz said the Texas law is virtually identical to a Virginia state law that was unanimously held up in the federal court of appeals in 2001. The Supreme Court later declined to review that case. He said in initiating the current law, the Texas legislature has acted to protect the freedom of conscience of every child.

"The First Amendment was drafted to protect the religious liberty of everyone, not to express hostility to matters of faith," he told FOXNews.com.

Cruz said the federal court heard arguments on the matter Tuesday and would decide the case in about a month.

People say that because I am not a Christian I have rejected Jesus as my savior. I disagree. I have yet to meet anyone named Jesus (excluding a couple of Hispanic guys that I went to school with in Arizona). How can I have rejected someone whom I have never met? When I was younger, I tried talking to the Jesus that religious people told me existed. At the time, I was very serious and I revealed my deepest inner thoughts and asked him many questions. I have yet to receive a response and I have yet to see him. Secondly, if a person named Jesus died for my sins (whatever that means) I cannot thank him or show my appreciation unless I meet him. I suppose most religious people will say that Jesus reveals himself to us in the Bible. Well, I cannot put my trust in a book that was written by men who lived in a corrupt, evil society. With that said, the Bible indicates that one can actually have a personal relationship with Jesus, not just read about him. So, when you say that we have two choices: Accept Jesus and go to heaven or Reject Jesus and go to hell, where does that leave those of us who have not met him? I’m quite certain I know the answer to all of these questions, but I just wanted to see if any Christians can shed some light as to Jesus’ whereabouts.

People tell me that God cannot create someone as a homosexual because then He is setting them up for hell (in otherwords someone is not born as a homosexual).

Then tell me not to worry about things because God knows everything and has it planned out.

So, if God cannot create someone as a homo because that could send them to hell, and He knows everything doesnt that mean that when He creates someone He knows they're either going to heaven or hell?
