yep.
Rom 9:17 For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, "For this very thing I raised you up, so that I might display My power in you, and so that My name might be publicized in all the earth."
Rom 9:18 So, then, to whom He desires, He shows mercy. And to whom He desires, He hardens.
Rom 9:19 You will then say to me, Why does He yet find fault? For who has resisted His will?
Rom 9:20 Yes, rather, O man, who are you answering against God? Shall the thing formed say to the One forming it, Why did You make me like this?
Rom 9:21 Or does not the potter have authority over the clay, out of the one lump to make one vessel to honor, and one to dishonor?
Rom 9:22 But if God, desiring to demonstrate His wrath, and to make His power known, endured in much long-suffering vessels of wrath having been fitted out for destruction,
Rom 9:23 and that He make known the riches of His glory on vessels of mercy which He before prepared for glory,
God, as creator, can pretty much do as He pleases with His creation. He raised up pharaoh, used him for His purposes, then drowned him and his army. God will save whom He chooses to save, and withdraw Himself from whom He wishes.

When Adam fell he became a corruptable human being, as well as all mankind through Adam. We ALL have a natural inclination towards sin. For some it might be homosexuality, some adultery, some theft, some greed, some covetousness, some drunkeness, some pride, etc.. We all have these weaknesses. The natural man is an enemy to God and always has been from the fall of Adam. Jesus came to show us the way, that if we yield to the enticings of the Holy Spirit we can put off the natural man and become a Christian. We always have to struggle against our sinfull natures. Someone with homosexual tendencies will have to resist against those tendences just as a covetous man has to resist stealing. Thousands have and live perfecty good heterosexual lives and after time those sinfull desires fade away. The big lie out there is that a homosexual has no choice and cannot change. It is a big lie and those who listen to those lies cheat their own souls.

I'd have to totally agree with BrotherMichael, he answered this question perfectly.
God can choose whoever He wishes . . .He can choose to show mercy on some, but not others . ..
He can choose to make some refuse to listen and harden their hearts, but not others . . .
God has the right to do this . .because everything all falls into His plan, in the end . . .thus, completing all the promises He said.
If He wasn't able to be in control . .then you are saying that what God promised us, is all a lie . .and calling God, a liar.
Now, if God were a liar, then how come the previous promises He did say, all came true . .thru Scriptures? It just did not happen by coincident .. .it happened according to the Scriptures in the Bible, because the Bible is God's word. And, God proved Himself to be a true God, for all He said that will happen, did happen.
It is not wise for any man or woman, to question God's reason for doing things. It would not make any sesne to have the clay pot (us, mankind) question its very exsistance from the potter (Creator, who created us)? The the clay pot has no right to ask its creator, the potter . . .because it does not know anything, but only the potter (creator) who created them . .knows eveything . . as to why they were made.
Hope this makes sense,
Angela

Even if people were born homosexual, and there is no evidence that they are, that fact would not sentence them to hell. It is behavior that constitutes sin, not mere inclination. Suffering from a psychosocial disorder doesn't constitute sin. But if that disorder produces inclinations toward sin, then a person has to decide whether they will go with those inclinations and commit actual sin, or not. This is something every person on earth has to do, not just homosexuals.

It says in the Bible that God knows the number of hairs on your head.. He know when a tiny sparrow falls and there are literally millions of those... so how could He not know your heart? He knows everything about each and every one of us...yet He loves us anyway.
We all make our own choices in life.. we decide whether we are going to "heaven or hell"... God has created us with the ability to choose for ourselves the paths we take in life.
I'm sure he knows what our choices will be before we make them - but He allows us to make them on our own anyway.
He loves and accepts us no matter what those choices have been or will be.

I'm just going to answer the final part of this question. While yes, G-d does know all things, He gives everyone the chance to accept His eternal truths; as taught to us from Jesus the Christ and the Bible. There will be a Judgment Day that each person must face, this will be when G-d determines who is or isn't going to hell.
IF predestination were true, there would be no need for Him to 'Judge' us; we'd immediately go to our eternal destination upon death.

nope
god can choose to make onl heaven exist and for hell to not exist in other words he can make us always be good and not commit sins and have everyone believe in him but then it wouldnt be as special as it is now
if you have two colors white and black and you choose white over black dont you think that would be mroe meaningful then if you only had the color white to choose from?
therefore if we choose god over satan and choose to lead a life of faith then it is more meaningful for us and god that we chose him
so he gives us free will ,free will to decide what we do with our lives. he only wants good things for us but being the satan is an influence on us he have to be strong and make good decisions in life and its okay if we mess up since we are not perfect but we shopuld alwasy go back to god
it is up to us to decide what we do with our lives meaning it is up to us whether we go to hell or heaven because he would never willingly say that as he creates someone that person will go to hell
there are diff types ofburdens in life some *could be born* ( no sure if its a choice or an influence depending how you grow up or if one is born like that) being homosexual and if one is it just means it will be that much harder to follow god and not commit sins and they will have to suffer more being that they cant act out how they feel and instead will have to dedicate their life to god and family and friends by just being a good christian but if one overcome all those hardships it just means that much mroe to choose god
and he has things planned out for us but like i said we still have free will and soemtimes make decisions that lead us away from our destined path
srry if i wrote a lot but i hope i helped

Homosexuality is a CHOICE.
God wants a relationship with mankind on earth NOW, not wait til heaven. Heaven or hell is a choice people make in their lifetime. If you don't want God now, hell should be no problem. If you want God now, then God wants that relationship restored while here on earth.

Even iff you believe that God created you homosexual, that in and of itself will not send you to hell.
God created me (and every human) a liar. as long as i never tell a lie, and go contrary to my nature, i will not go to hell for lying.
Every man is sinful and corrupt. That we are fallen is not disputed. Hence the sacrafice made by one made, due to the fall of one man. Because through Adam all men (and women) recieved sin in our spiritual "DNA". Yet through one man (Jesus) we can have a fundemental change in out basic nature.

He creates them with a choice, Just because He knows their choice doesn't mean He causes it.
And then the claim that it is "unjust" to create someone knowing they will choose hell, is argumentative. God says it's not unjust, but a person might say it is. God wins, because God is always right, and that fact will be evident to all in the last day. Those who "disagreed" will see why they were wrong, and in that day will agree that they were wrong.

Homosexuality isn't a sin.
Sex out of marriage is the sin -- regardless if it's homosexual or heterosexual.
(Look it up. Don't listen to other people, look it up.)
People are born homosexual and heterosexual, they DECIDE to sin and have sex out of marriage.
Jesus talked a lot about justice and care for poor people and said nothing about homosexuality, so I'd be happy if our churches changed the ratio of preaching to reflect what Jesus seemed to think was important.
