You didn't say how old you are, but I think that you should trick or treat until you don't want to anymore because once you stop that's it until you start having kids. A big Halloween party could be made appropriate and fun for any age group, so I would say it's up to you and what you feel you want to do.

well i dont know your age, but i still go trick or treating, 17 years old, and i always dress up for halloween, no matter what people think , i love halloween, and i am always in the spirit :) a halloween bash would be cool, but just be sure that your parents approve of it, it should be fun to invite a few friends over and just hang out

I don't ever care how old anyone is who comes knocking at my door, as long as they're enthusiastic and put a minimum of effort into their costume!!!
I hate it when kids rollerblade up to the door wearing a faded black shirt, mumble something that sorta sounds like trick or treat, and skate off again without even making eye contact. THAT is freeloading and I refuse them if I get the chance.
Laughing college kids in awesome costumes having fun get extra treats.
You're never too old for a Halloween party. I love them.

A person is never to old for trick or treating, it's about how you are going to feel, then people give you weird looks cause of your age and people of ALL ages have parties

NO one is too old to go trick or treating! It doesnt matter if they make fun of you for it. BUt if you dont want to no one is too young to hand out candy. I have seen 5 year old hand out candy and it is so cute! But I have seen 15 year olds go trick or treating and it is really cool! So It actually doesnt matter.
