No. Sadly he is just a politician. One may define that as being a person of dubious character and no morals, who will lie, twist and misrepresent facts, fail to uphold his constitutional responsibilities and demand that those who serve him do the same, etc. while creating great harm in the world (literally being responsible for tens of thousands of deaths, acts of terrorism, destruction of nations and the destabilizing of the Middle East, etc.) all in a vain attempt to gain and hold on to "power", material wealth and his "super ego" as he imagines himself to be a "really good person".
