With a total of 5,499 members there, and a total of 0 active members (people that actually go to church), is it really worth the continuing effort for missionaries to go there?

I got my numbers from the cumorah project. www.cumorah.com
I have a spreadsheet of all the data if you would like to see it.

Honestly, why would our Creator go through all the effort of creating a world merely to "flush it down the drain"? Also, why didn't he just go ahead and end it with Noah's flood- He wanted to psyche us out our something?

I know all the Bible verses, guys. Just posing this for discussion- I want to see what you think. kthx.

My problem is whenever I sit down, without thinking about it I open my legs. Not because I'm trying to be rude but it's comfortable. I never realized I had this habit until a few days ago. I try to stop myself, but when I stop paying attention I open my legs again. Like I said I don't do this on purpose it just happens. How do I stop??

In the Christian Bible, in the Book of Samson, Samson killed a lion and then left the body on the road (Christians know this story already). when he passed by that road again, he discovered that bees had lived in the dead lion's body and thus there was honey. he ate some of it and the rest he took home.

do you think that it was really possible for bees to do that? or for honey to come from a dead lion's body?

Both theists and atheists say insulting things about agnostics. Why is that?

Here's my serious question on the night. I'm off to bed. Details in the morning if anyone prompts them.

Hugs to all!

It is the Eurcharist, ie. the holy communion which the priest , prayed over that ordinary looking wafer and by God's power turn them into holy communion. Its more than just a spiritual food to nourish baptised Catholics' soul in their journey towards God.

Its the most treasured in the Catholic Church as its the most visible form of supreme Gift from heaven and its the precious body and blood of our beloved Christ Himself.

And of all, its called holy communion, because when received in state of grace and without mortal sins, its a holy 'communion' with Christ Himself as we ate his body and blood.

I know its sound ridiculous but in the bible it stated that alot of his followers left after hearing that as they couldn't accept what Christ said : to eat his body and drink his blood. He could have stopped them but he let them go, as he can't give in as its a fact. And the Catholic Church still uphold it.

Why do people think black people come in different shades from light black skin to really dark. If you're black and you have light black skin you have WHITE IN YOU. Black people DO NOT have naturally light skin. You may be at least a quarter white or a little like 15% that changes you're skin tone. SO MANY black people are mixed that people think they come in different shades LOL. you people are dumbasses.

I hear the english education system in japan is not the greatest, and many students learn grammer and such, but cannot really speak it. How much english does the average Japanese adult (20-40) know? Simple sentences? Complex thoughts? Would he/she understand this question? Thanks for shining any light on this,

"Phrophets or intepreters of dreams may promise a miracle or a wonder, In order to lead you warship and serve gods that you have not warshipped before. Even if what they promises comes true, do not pay any attention to them." ( Here is the really crappy excuse to only appreciated god even with all the evil and crime god has done) "The lord your god is using them to test you, to see if you love the lord with all your heart."

You Christians say that God only knows our future but doesn't make our choices. And you thus throw in the word foreknowlege in place of predestination. But the problem with this argument is that God was the one who created us! Therefore it is not only foreknowlege, but also predestination! God created our whole body, including our brains! And what do we use to make decisions? Our brains of course! God already has recorded our life in a book before we were born! God was the one who put us in the environment we were brought up in! What is it that determines our thoughts and thus decisions? The combination of our brains and environment...both of which God provided for us! And how do you christians not call this predestination?

...spooky, irrational Biblical "GobbleDeeGook..."? (and I'm NOT talking about ethically and morally wise ideas on "good" human behavior...WE came up with THAT stuff on our own...) What I'm talking about are the fanciful, ridiculous "interpretations" of "natural disasters," and the extremes of "courageous" human behavior in the face of certain death...?
(and the fact that they were ancient savages without a clue as to the "nature" of Planet Earth...?)
